“Free Shuttle Can't Get You There”

The free hotel shuttle bus is supposed to be easy and convenient. The signs say that the bus takes you to the Suite Novotel. The bus had the Suite Novotel marked on the front, but then took us to the wrong Suite Novotel. Turns out there are 2. Furthermore, only every other shuttle bus takes you to the correct hotel, but the signs don't tell you that. We found out after the bus driver refused to take us to our hotel that the Suite Novotel sign had to be PINK instead of WHITE to get us to our hotel. LOUSY SYSTEM. No help from the hotel staff or the Shuttle drivers.

“Good impression”

Overall condition of this hotel was OK as room is spacious with modern furniture/appliance, small kitchen area (you can't cook though as there are only 1 microwave and 1 fridge too small maybe). Can accomodate 4 people easily (2 adults + 2 kids) with flat screen (few TV channels only french one), free internet and some free VOD. Room is quiet even though close to the airport. Staff was friendly. 2 negative points: they located us far from the main elevator therefore long way walking to the exit. This is probably where they put families with kids, away from business travelers not to disturb them. Secondly parking is not free and expensive (8 euros a day)! This was not mention in the hotel description. Finally you definately need a car. Hotel is convenient because not far from downtown Paris but in the middle of industrial area. There are shopping malls nearby but not in walking distance.

“Pleasant hotel”

The room was very nice with free internet and a shuttle to the airport. This is not close to the tourist attractions. Be aware that you will need to spend time and money getting to things to see if that is your goal. We took the shuttle to the airport and a train into the city. There is a restaurant next door. If you just want a place to stop for the night this is a good choice.

Hôtel calme et propre, personnel accueillant mais deux problèmes: il faut 30 mn pour y arriver de la gare du RER et le même temps le main pour aller à l'aéroport, pas très pratique. deuxième problème: la cuvette des toilettes était brisée

“Convenable sans plus”

La chambre n'était pas correctement nettoyée (poussière sur les meubles et aspirateur trop rapidement passé). La carte de la chambre se démagnétisait sans arrêt ce qui a nécessité de multiples allers retours à la réception. Le personnel était moyennement accueillant. Par contre l'hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sont agréables (malgré un mobilier vieillissant).
