Très bel hôtel, personnel compétent, tjs près à vous être agréable sans "trop en faire".... et si près de Paris et de Neuilly.... J'ai passé un très bon séjour.

The hotel was very easy to find, conveniently situated several paces from the metro stop, and given the quality of the hotel, room and service the prices offered by Expedia were very competitive - I am already trying to find a few days to go again - I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone thinking of visiting Paris.

Excellent service. Amazingly comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room with lots of lovely Hermes amenities. Nice and peaceful location and 2 mins from the metro for all touristy attractions.

“perfect for our 5 days”

We spend Christmas in Paris and were fortunate to have chosen Sofitel as our hotel. The hotel was perfect for our budget .. all the staffs were courteous and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and the rooms and hotel was very clean. it's located right next to one of the main metro lines too, so even travel was very convenient.

“Great but not great”

When I first arrived I was slightly disappointed. First time I've stayed in a 5 star hotel and it just seemed like a good 4-star! There were a few flat spots with only one bath robe, one glass and one toffee when we were a couple. Also left with no milk for instant coffee one day. Staff where friendly, helpful and quick to rectify minor troubles. Fresh sheets, towels and cleaned daily even after a 2pm lie-in! Location is pretty good with a close tube - only 15mins into centre and attractions although there isn't much on your door step and the area is a grave yard on the weekends.

Modern,clean and bright hotel in the business area of Paris. Very quiet over weekend- need to travel on Metro into centre of city for meals unless you are prepared to pay the hotels very inflated prices for meals and drinks

“Great hotel, worht compromising on location”

Had a really lovely long weekend in Paris staying at the Sofitel. Very nice hotel and one the M1 Metro line so easy to get into centre of Paris. Not much going on around the hotel at weekends but that wasn't really a problem.

“Convenient Quiet Hotel”

We stayed for a week and found the room extremely comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near to the Esplande de la Defense metro station and about 10 minutes walk up to the Grande Arche and the Quatre Temps/CNIT shopping malls. Although many people say "Get a pass for the Metro" we found it cheaper to buy several "carnets" (10 tickets) and used them as required. At 1.20 EURO per trip (up to 1 1/2 hours) this seemed good value. Hotel reception staff were very polite, helpful and spoke English as required. We would definitely come back again.
