“Great hotel convenient to Metro”
Good value relative to downtown hotels. Convenient to Metro making it easy to get to tourist locations. Staff was very professional and helpful with directions. Excellent breakfast buffet.

“This is the hotel!”
To a great extent we owe the success of our family's Paris trip to this wonderful hotel. Really only have good words to say about it. The hotel meets every expectation of a 4-star hotel, well designed and decorated, with imposing lobbies, spacious rooms (which is said to be rare for Europe), very comfortable beds and all kinds of facilities. It's basically perfect for a 4-star hotel in terms of the hardware side. But we were even more delighted to find its 'software' side even better during our 7-day stay in Paris. The staff is extremely friendly, making you feel truly at home and welcomed. They all speak very good English, helped design our trips, provided most useful hotel-designed tour maps for free, offered very nice suggestions on our tours around Paris. We're especially grateful to a gentleman named Jérémie. He deserves being considered a paragon of virtue for any hotel staff member, always so friendly, obliging, so pleasantly sincere and graceful. He checked us in upon our arrival. Later he went out of his way to help us every time we went up to the front desk to ask questions. He helped us book train tickets to Venice, which was such a great, great help, as we had no clue whatsoever about where to buy train tickets. Inspired by his suggestion, we also got the train ticket for our trip from Venice to Rome while still in Paris. I’d say any hotel with such staff members would make its old customers keep wanting to go back to them, despite our wish for new experiences.
“Best deal for Paris”
Very good hotel, good value for money, close to La defense Metro station ( 1 minute walking) and 4-5 station to downtown Paris. Clean and comfortable, a clasic 4* looking. One of the best deal in Paris.

“Can't wait to go back”
The hotel is very clean, comfortable and chic. It meets the all expectations from a 4 star hotel. The staff is friendly. The location is not a problem because metro and RER station is at just 5 minutes of walk. La Defense is a very well desiged business area with impressive buildings. It reflects modern aspects of Paris. There is a shopping center very closed the hotel which includes starbucks, Paul, Mc Donalds and various high quality restaurants. It may be better to have breakfast and dinner at this shopping center rather than city center. The brasserias or fast foods in the centre are usually very crowded, dirty and smells bad. We liked the Hotel and next time I prefer to stay again in this La Defence Hotel than hotel in a touristic district.
“Fantastic”
La Defense it's a very impressive place. If you're lucky to catch a sunny day, you'll gonna experience a different kind of Paris, modern and shiny. I am very happy I chose this hotel! There is only one small inconvenience: you are dependent of the Metro/RER to move back and forth to Paris. But in weekends, it runs until 2am.

“A wonderful hotel in Paris”
The roms are of a very high standard, clean and with lovely decor. The gym is a major attraction, and overall this is is a marvellous hotel, located on line 1 of the metro which cuts through Paris and gives you access to most of the major landmarks, and it makes travelling through Paris so easy. The free wireless in the lobby is the only negative as it is so slow. I would highly recommend this hotel.
“Great location!”
The best thing about this hotel is its location -next to the Grand Arch, the Metro station, and the shopping mall. The room was very clean, and the hotel staff helpful and pleasant. Maybe too much so at times - the cleaning lady came in several times, even though the "Privacy, Please" sign was on the door. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay there again in the future.
