“excellent immaculate facilities - prefect location for disneyland Paris break”

This is the second time that we have stayed in the Relais Spa and based on staying in Val d'Europe 4 times, it is our favourite hotel. A 2 minute stroll takes you to the RER where a 2 minute 30 second train ride takes you to Disney. There is a fantastic hypermarket which allows you to make the most of the kitchen facilities within the junior suites and a lovely patisserie close by for fresh croissants, baguettes and pain au chocolat for breakfast. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed with quality fixtures and fittings. It would be great if the welcome pack contained some dishwashing tablets though! As long as you are aware that the Spa is not actually located within the hotel and that there is no leisure/swimming facilities in the hotel, you should not be disappointed. This time our suite was slightly smaller but this was offset by the large roof terrace we had on the 4th floor with views over the town. The suites have a bathroom, separate shower room, living room with comfortable sofa bed and a bedroom with a bed that feels like sleeping in a cloud with quality linen. Perfect for 2 adults and a child. The hotel is quiet, calm and offers perfect sanctuary following a day in the parks. There is a beautifully appointed restaurant, but even with the discounted prices offered for meals, we chose not to eat there - our 3 year old has a varied pallet but the menu looked just a little too fancy for her to enjoy. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Great option for Disneyland”

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in October with our 2 young children. The location was perfect - a very short walk from the back door to the RER and one stop away from Disneyland. We also got the train from here into central Paris. There is a huge shopping centre very close by, with large supermarket, and lots of options for eating in the surrounding area (the hotel is pricey, particularly for breakfast). We had a junior suite which comprised a large double bedroom, living area with a very comfortable sofa bed, kitchenette, large family bathroom and separate shower and toilet. The L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch and replenshed every 2 days. If you will be spending your days out and only coming back to the hotel to sleep and have breakfast, this kind of room works great if you have young kids - they shared the bedroom and we had the sofa bed so had access to the kitchen in the evening without disturbing their dreams of Mickey & co! The kitchenette was small but well equipped (although a toaster would have been useful). You're only provided with the minimum in terms of "supplies" so take a few tea bags, coffee pods and dishwasher tablets if you want to use it. The hotel was very quiet in the evenings and while the reception staff weren't the friendliest, it wasn't a problem. Overall a great option for Disneyland if you don't want to stay on-site in the Disney hotels.

“Great Location”

We stayed at this hotel over a long weekend in May. We found the hotel staff to be very polite and helpful with our questions. The hotel was very clean and well decorated. It was great to have a small kitchen in the room to prepare meals and avoid eating out with 2 children for the entire weekend. Both the pull-out sofa bed and bed in the separate bedroom were comfortable. There is a water pot, coffee maker (bring the pod-style coffee packets), microwave and dorm-size fridge in the kitchen. If you plan to use the kitchen, you'll also need dish soap or dishwasher soap, paper towels, napkins, etc as these were not provided. There is a very large grocery store in the nearby mall (Val d' Europe, 5-10 min walk). The restaurant in the hotel is now open, but I cannot comment on the quality as we did not eat there. The location is excellent - a 5 min walk to the train station and 1 stop to Disney. Plan on about 5 euros each way on RER to the park for a family of 4. The only negatives would be that the water pressure is low and the parking is an extra 10 euros per day. The parking garage is located beneath the hotel (entrance down the street to the right as you're facing the main entrance).

“Fantastic”

Booked a junior suite as we went as a family to disneyland Paris. We took the eurostar direct to Disney and as stated it was literally 5 mins from station to hotel. First impressions was a clean boutique foyer. I would say it is equally classed as serviced apartments swell as a hotel ie.no doorman, porters etc but given a junior suite comprised of a loung diner, kitchen, wc, ensuite that is what we both expected and wanted. I assume it is either new or just refurbished as it was like walking into a show home in both decor and cleanliness. We were fortunate to be given a room at the top looking out of our balcony over to Disneyland. Great supermarket in val d'europ aswell as other shops, la Valle another 5 mins away. Train station literally 2 min walk and one stop to Disney and only 35 mins to the centre of Paris! Great location, on the doorstep of Disney and Paris yet not on top of either giving you an evening away from it to recharge. Highly recommend!

“Relais spa Chessy proche RER”

Junior suite parfaite pour famille 3 ou 4, kitchenette et toilettes séparées. RER et commerces à proximité. Parking souterrain. Rien à redire sur cet hôtel.

“Great room”

I stayed at Relais Spa from October 5-8 2011 with the sole purpose of going to Disneyland Paris. I didn't wander around the neighborhood to know too much but I do know they had shopping only a few minutes away. I also didn't eat at their restaurant so I don't have an opinion on that. As for my room it was perfect! I had a junior suite. Inside the room was a double bed - very comfy and a tv. Also had a living room area with a fold out couch, tv and kitchen area stocked with a micowave, stove top, coffee and tea maker, sink and dishwasher. They also had your basic pots, pans, and utensils. The room also had 2 bathrooms. i really enjoyed this room! As for the location it couldn't be any easier to get to. I was coming from Paris and I took the RER A right to the station (about an hour) and walked up the street to the hotel - 2 minutes tops where you pass several places to eat. . As for going to DIsneyland it's one stop on the train - maybe a 4 minute commute. If i ever go back to Disneyland Paris this is where I will stay - no question.

“Hôtel SPA”

Hôtel neuf. Décoration zen et moderne. Pas eu le temps de profiter du SPA mais la chambre très confortable: lit double, canapé lit pour les enfants. On a apprécie les 2 douches. En revanche ne pas prendre petit dej. Cher pour du pain Harrys rassi, pas de fruits frais mais une salade industriel. Jambon sous vide bas prix. Bref dénote avec l'hôtel qui propose une excellente prestation.
