“Hotel Relais Bosquet: C'est Fantastique!”
Having read the reviews following a Paris ratings search within our specified budget; I'd say we came up trumps with the Hotel Relais Bosquet. I booked the hotel for a short inexpensive break to Paris to celebrate our first anniversary; and found the hotel to be relaxed, very friendly and helpful. We only stayed the one night, and given our limited time chose to be out and about more than in; for which the hotel via the efficient metro system is in easy reach of anything you need to see and do (the Eiffel tower is in walking distance and we easily got to principle sites within aprx 25 minutes tops - all times of day/night). The room was spacious, clean and airy. We chose not to have breakfast in the hotel, rathermore chose to turn right out of the hotel and onto Rue Cler for on a Sunday a thriving local scene full of cafes and small shops selling a wonderful array of cheeses, fish, meat, vegetables & fruit and of course bread and pastries. Wonderful. We would visit again without hesitation and would glady recommend it to friends and family. Getting to the hotel is very straightforward from Roissy Charles de Gaulle. RER 'B' to Chatelet les Halles. Change to Metro line 1 (Yellow) heading west to La Defense; changing at Concorde to Metro line 8 heading south to Balard - alighting three stops down at Ecole Militaire. Easy.
“Best Paris Location”
Relais Bosquet was great! It is located close to the Eiffel Tour so that you can easily walk over to see the twinkling lights show on the hour. Two stops for Hop and Go bus are also close. Many restaurants and bakeries in the area. And Phillipe's Restaurant was a short walk. Fabulous! find!! Highly recommend the hotel.
“We will not stay anywhere else in Paris!”
This hotel was everything we expected and more! Very good location, friendly and helpful personal and a great room with a view to the Eiffel Tower.
“Rude staff, but great location”
The reservation that the hotel received was for a twin sized bed even though they knew there were 2 adults and we had requested a queen sized bed. They corrected the problem quickly. The price at check out was also more than we had expected. The front office manager was also very rude to me on more then one occasion. The location and proximinity to the Eiffel tower and metro station was great, especially for New Year's Eve.
“Enjoyed our stay”
Like all hotels in Paris, the rooms are very small, but they were clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat. Very close to the Eiffel Tower, and Rue Cler. The Metro subway is also within a few blocks way. The best part was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the Relais-Bosquet.
