“CDG airport location - excellant value”

“not bad”

convenient, but no food or room service after 1am was really annoying when u get to a hotel late and hungry. otherwise, much bigger and more comfortable and cleaner than most paris hotels for the same price.

“Helpful Staff, Comfortable Room”

It was a pleasant surprise to spend the night here. The rooms are soundproof so I did not hear any planes. I was able to use the TV to watch English stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room service meal was quite tasty. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast, but if I visit Paris again I would try that out. Convenient shuttle took me to the airport quickly.

“Near the airport”

The room was too humid, and felt damp. The main complaint was a missed wake-up call. We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport, and we could easily have missed our flight.

“Far from Paris but not an issue”

Hotel provides free shuttle to and from the airport so it is really convenient. Hotel is nice and it provides breakfast buffet not just the typical toast and cereal but an actual mini buffet staff is helpful and provides all amenities but I don't understand why the hotel just didn't provide wireless Internet throughout the hotel instead it's located in the main lobby and in the rooms you have to hook the laptop with a cord but still free internet and room very clean and nice I recommend the hotel if you don't mind taking the train to Paris but from the airport its easy to take the train and plus free shuttle!

“Good overall hotel”

Although rooms are small for a 4 star hotel and the room smell wasn't as clean as expected, the hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport by car. The lobby is nice. Service is good. Prices are about double what you would pay in the US but it is France, and France is not inexpensive (Example dinner at hotel: 14 euro=20 dollar drinks, 17 euro = 25 dollar small pizza). Food and drinks were just OK. Parking is 11 euros if you have a rental car.

Dining

There is not much around the hotel. If you come by car, you might be better off to find a restaurant way before you get to the hotel. The best thing about it is the proximity to the airport. CDG is huge and crowded, so, get there much earlier than you think it is reasonable (3-4 hours ahead of departure time).

“Excellent Hotel”

We enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this hotel. It is a very clean hotel and service was exceotionally well. It has a very elegant restaurant and close to the airport. I will stay again here no complaints at all.

“There was mold in the shower.”

The first strike against the hotel was the very slow check in service. There was only one person behind the desk at first, then 15 minutes later, another person wandered in and finally started to assist us. We already had reservations so it shouldn't have taken the 30 minutes to check us in. The second strike was the disgusting mold in the shower. It was all around the edges of the tub/shower enclosure. The third strike was the 40 minute wait for the "15 minute" shuttle from the airport. The only good thing I can say was that the restaurant had delicious food.

“Too far away”

Horrible shower but that's just the way showers work in some French hotels. 20 euros for internet access is highway robbery

“Very bad experience”

I selected this hotel to stay with the family while we spend a few days in Paris. I not that locations is not good for this, but was the only hotel online with rooms available for thoses days. The problem was with the shower. Amazingly there was a problem with the plumbing and was not cold water in the shower, meaning that only really hot water was the way. It´s impossible to take a shower with hot water and the only comment from the hotel was ¨we have a problem with the water, sorry¨. I have never seen something like that in all the hotels I have been across the world.
