“Wonderful holiday with my mom”

The location could not be beat! It was just around the corner from the Metro and a few stops got you to tons of places! The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The cafe's and food stands in the area can't be beat! Whatever we needed was provided to us! Just bring your hair dryer, theirs were not that strong. We would go back in a heartbeat!

“Great little hotel in Paris!”

This is a very small hotel, located in a vibrant part of Paris. It is surrounded by little shops, cafes and a multitude of stores. It is small, but our room was GREAT! Very spatious, clean and it included a TV, coffee/tea maker and a HUGE king size bed! You also have the option of having breakfast downstairs on the main floor, or having it delivered to your room. The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English and the rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend this little gem to anyone travelling to Paris and I will go back there next time I visit!

“Great Value/Quiet Spot”

This hotel is a great value, for Paris, and on a quiet back street only two blocks from major attractions. We would go back.

“Hope to return”

The staff were like family that we shared our day with in the lobby because we were a large group. They offered choices to us with each question which made us feel more comfortable. The location was a little out of the way- but only till we got our bearings- turns out the subway was a short walk away and clean, clean, clean!! The shops, bars and restaurants around offered a variety for us all- including 2 grocery stores.

“Many Extras for a Reasonable Price!”

This hotel was better than we expected. The neighborhood offered many ethnic restaurants and shops, and is walking distance to the Opera and Boulevard Hausmann. Breakfast was free every morning, we were given a boxed lunch, and a complimentary drink. None of this was in the description when we booked and saved us a lot of money. The staff was not only pleasant, but extremely helpful. They recommended great restaurants at reasonable prices and were able to secure a last minute reservation for dinner on New Year's Eve. They also called our shuttle service to change the times for us in light of the new airport security. They didn't charge us for any local calls. Hotel was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

“Three nights at the Quality Hotel Axel Paris”

The Quality Hotel Axel Opera Paris (9 Arr) is located in a good area reasonably close (some 15 minutes walking distance) to Galleries Lafayette and other major stores. The Gard du Nord station is a 20 minute walk and the Louvre and Notre Dame some 50 minutes walking distance from the Hotel. Our 3rd floor room was a double with a queen size bed, which was extremely comfortable, and an excellent shower. The room looked out on to a small courtyard with very little noise, a perfect situation for us. A complimentary drink was offered on the day we checked in and complimentary buffet breakfast was also included for the duration of our stay. Free WiFi was also available in the room as well as 15 minutes free internet using a computer provided by the Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight negative concerned the hotel lift which was very small although adequate for 2 people with a small amount of luggage. That apart, our experience was a most enjoyable one and I would happily recommend the hotel to others.

“Near to Hard Rock Cafe”

this Hotel has nice small rooms and is in the heart of the city. Not far from the railwaystation and close to Gaultier. It`s only 5 minutes from the Hard Rock Cafe and the have a cheap shutle service to the airport (12,- Euro/ person). We take it on the way back home and the next time me make booking from home.

“Great Location”

Tons of nice nearby restaurants and cafe's. Friendly staff. Only 2 minute walk to a Metro stop. Clean and comfortable. Only downside is that it has the world's smallest elevator. Takes about 45 minutes from CDG Airport by train. Staff speaks English, but you are in Paris, so it helps to learn a little French.

“Nice, clean, reasonably priced hotel”

This hotel was very good choice, especially considering that it is reasonably priced. I have stayed in a much more expensive hotel (paid for by my job) in Paris and I have to say that this place was not much of a downgrade. Close to a lot of attractions, the Metro, and the hotel staff was very professional and courteous (they all spoke English, too).
