“Great staff!!”

The hotel is almost directly across from where the Air France coach drops you (coach number 4 takes you to Gare Lyon and Gare Montparnasse). The Metro station is at the corner of the street (approximately 150 yards away). So on a convenience level it is easy to find and use as a base for exploring. We went in February and were unaware that "air conditioning" in France means only heat in the winter months - not the same as we think of it in the USA, so the room was warm the first night. The beds were a little hard, but not uncomfortable. They let us check in early, without any fuss and the breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day. Everyone in the hotel spoke English and the concierge was excellent!! My only regret is that we didn't ask him to plan an itinerary for us, as one of the museums was closed on the last day of our trip - something I didn't plan for. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Safe neighborhood, convenient for everything and great staff.

“nice hotel but could be better”

Delay in getting the room cleaned. checked in to the room while it is being cleaned. Friendly staff. Clean room with no A/C. No wi-fi beyond 8 th flloor. Concealed rates. room service coffe 5 euro printed price. tips given separately but there was cover price( to bring coffee to your room) is 5 euro. prices need to be explicit. Airport bus is oppsite the hotel. lots of good eating places around. Gare Montparnaase station is just round the corner. Management of the hotel could improve and make the stay for customers great in this nice hotel.

“Very good business hotel”

Very conveniently located opposite for the airport shuttle bus to Gare Montparnasse. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, this may have been partly due to the fact that there was building work being done during the day, and we were happy to stay on that side of that building as we were not planning to be in the room between 9 and 4. Nonetheless, it was a nice surprise and the room was large, modern and well furnished. We did not eat at the hotel, as the buffets were rather expensive. Conveniently located for the Gaite and Bienvenue Montparnasse Metro stations, plenty of bars and cafes nearby. Overall we would recommend this hotel, particularly for business trips.

“Family 10 day stay”

Beautiful hotel and close to a major metro station. The staff was helpful and got us checked into the room early. The room was brand new with beautiful comforters and carpet. The beds are extremely comfortable. The concierge was helpful with directions to our destinations each day and provided handouts or maps. Their English was good enough to give us directions. The only problem is the restaraunt on site is very expensive and the room fridge is stocked with food and extremely expensive.

Excellent hotel, great location and some really awesome views from the room - could see all the major monuments (and the Eiffel tower if you put your head close to the window). Good service and staff. Unfortunately there was some maintenance work going on so there was some noise but nothing on weekends which was perfect for us. good location, close to metro and train station and many cafes, bars and shops.

very good all round, helpfull staff, close to train station huge selection for breakfast, easy to get around from hotel on city frindge. bus station to both main airports across the road. stayed with chidren good size room.wireless alittle hit and miss in room.

Pros: - Staff was very pleasant and also helpful - Bed was comfortable - Centrally located and metro, shops, restaurants are close by Cons: - Room was on the smaller side - Room had wired LAN connection, should have Wifi - Tea or Coffee should have been provided within the room - Toiletries were replenished only on request Hotel was under construction, but the staff offered us a choice for the room so that was quite good.

“A great place to stay while in Paris”

The hotel is great. My only complaint was that there was no wi-fi in the room but it was available in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was very good & a perfect way to start a busy day sightseeing in the city of lights. The location is great with plenty of good restaurants near-by & the Metro/train station only a few minutes away. If you can get a good deal on this hotel don't hesitate, you will like it.

Toujours le même problème: pas de rigueur. Employés souvent sous-qualifiés -> mauvaise qualité de la prestation. Rangement salle de bain ridicule/ 1 clé sur deux pour la chambre ne fonctionnait pas/ vaisselle mal lavée / café tiède / Positif : nourriture petit déjeuner excellente / propreté chambre Alors qu’un immense Parking est à 20 secondes de l’entrée : AUCUN LIEN entre Hotel et Parking : RIDICULE ! Donc l’Hotel « advertise » la présence d’un Parking alors qu’en fait il faut prévoir 35 Euro/24h. Tout est là pour avoir l’excellence d’un 4 étoiles, à part le management et le staff d’un 4 étoiles.
