The Pullman Paris Montparnasse, Paris, has 953 non-smoking rooms decorated in a modern style with Art Deco touches. Rooms include sitting areas. Bathrooms have generous counter space, magnifying mirrors, deep-soaking bathtubs, and bidets. Upper-floor rooms have unobstructed views of Paris. All rooms are soundproofed and offer phones, minibars, in-room safes, and sewing kits. Complimentary wireless or wired Internet access is available, and 42-inch high-definition TVs with satellite service and pay movies are provided.
An in-room spa service offers a range of facial treatments and massages for a surcharge and with advanced reservations.

“Clean, bright modern hotel with good location”
My wife and I have stayed at this hotel four times in the past 2 years. I go to Paris for business twice a year. The hotel changed names and ownership last year, but we saw no difference in quality or service. We love staying here because of its location. It is right across the street from the Montparnasse train and Metro station. It is located in the Montparnasse area of Paris where there are theatres, shops, and lots of restaurants. But, it's the variety of restaurants in the immediate walking area of the Pullman Paris Montparnasse that has us coming back - in addition to the usual typical Parisian bistros, there are restaurants specializing in authentic crepes, cassoulet, seafood, and even Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Indian food if you get tired of French food. But, the hotel itself is a nice clean, bright and modern hotel with relatively large rooms. The beds and comforters are very comfortable. The staff speaks very good English. Although a complimentary breakfast isn't offered, as it is at many Parisian hotels, there are several bakeries and coffee stands around the hotel (even a Starbuck's in the train station with much better "caffe Americano" than the Starbucks in the U.S.) There is even a bus that takes you to the Charles DeGaulle airport from the hotel. We haven't used the bus yet, so I can't give any recommendations for it. But, cabs ARE expensive; especially if you get stuck in traffic.
“A welcome place to stay in Paris.”
We were originally concerned that the location was to far from the sights and attractions in Paris. The railway and subway station across the street, however, provided quick and convenient transportation to all locations. Many cafes and restaurants are within a short walking distance and provide the same atmosphere as the classic locations in the Latin Quarter and Eiffel area but at a more reasonable price. An Air France air shuttle bus directly across the street leaves every half hour and their one way ticket is much cheaper than cab fare. The only feature of the hotel that didn't impress us was the breakfast served in the 2nd floor restaurant. We preferred to have our petit dejeuner elsewhere.
“Great hotel by Gare Montparnasse, Paris”
We needed to stay in a hotel by the train station (Gare Montparnasse) in Paris for one night before flying back to LAX. The hotel is around the corner once we stepped out of the train station. The room is nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. It is a good size room with a city view in the 14th district where has many restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel may be more expensive than some other ones nearby. But for the convenience, and we got a good deal on the room, I definitely would recommend this hotel to others.
“Overall pleased”
This hotel was perfectly fine. Location is super to get around via the Gare Montparnasse. We walked to several eateries which were ok (recommended by the concierge). Loved it was all non smoking. Front desk staff was very friendly, all we met. Breakfast was very good for all of our small family to enjoy. We took the shuttle bus but you may want to see if a taxi is equally competitive. We paid 70 euros for the 4 of us and a taxi may have been good. It does drop you off directly across the street from the hotel.
