A shuttle must be taken from the airport to the hotel and then a expensive taxi ride to the city if you want to visit Paris.

“A marvellous stay”

The staff is really kind and helpful. The bedding in the room is so comfortable that I took the necessary informations to buy the same for my home. A little bit difficult to buy the new ones. What a pity ! The new Philipps Ambilight screens in the room gave me the perfect atmosphere to have a rest after a long flight from Australia. For sure the rooms need a little renovation but this is nothing compared to the zen ambiance. The restaurant is also very good with its lounge spirit. Food is pretty good and in the middle of the restaurant, the cook is making the woks. I don't understand the bad comments that I read on Expedia. This hotel is worse a nightstop.

Merci à toutes les équipes de l’hôtel qui m’ont permis d’organiser à la dernière minute et en plein week end une réunion importante : professionnalisme et réactivité étaient au rendez vous ! Splendides salles de réunion panoramique avec toute la technologie à disposition... et pour les fans d'aviation comme moi : le décollage de l'A380 au 1er plan, bien au chaud, sans la nuisance sonore - un grand moment de spectacle !!! Les plus que j'ai beaucoup appréciés : le service navettes très pratique entre les différents terminaux, l'offre internet inclus et l'accès au Fitness et à la piscine.

Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit, car vol tôt le lendemain matin. Bonne appréciation générale. Point négatif, la navette ne circule que toutes les demi-heures vers CDG.

The restaurant food wasn't great, but the service was excellent. We had a flight early in the morning before shuttle service began. The hotel called us a taxi and picked up the charge.

“Good short stay hotel near airport”

Very good stop over hotel. We were in area for only a couple of days after visiting friends using TGV which is very near. Went from hotel into central Paris by train which was easy, spent one day in Euro Disney which cost us a lot in taxis but this was the only real option to get there. Hotel bar very friendly which is uncommon for these types of hotels. Hotel staff very good with our young daughter.

“Convenient to airport”

Nice place to stay if you're flying out the next morning. Large comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Expensive unless you can get a good deal through service such as Expedia. Dining options are limited without driving a couple of KM and who wants to drive around in that airport mess?

“Loved Stay; staff accommodating!, suggest shuttle improvememt”

The hotel service, amenaties and ambiance were wonderful! It was getting there via the complimentary Sofitel Airport Shuttle that was grueling -- it took over 45mins. riding in circles. I would just as soon paid for a taxi straight up to get me there soon. But, taxis are not allowed. This must be imporved. Perhaps more shuttles are needed, no?
