“Absolutely wonderful!!!”

We spent 2 nights at the Sofitel Bercy - my first experience with the chain. While the hotel was a bit difficult to reach by car, it proved to be everything we could have hoped for. Close to the Metro (1 1/2 blocks). Large, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and fabulous service. The restaurant was closed while we were there, but the high prices would likely have kept us away in any event. Extremely good value!!!!

“Hôtel Pullman à Paris, Bercy Village”

Un excellent hôtel. Personnel très agréable, chambre très confortable, propre et silencieuse. La gestion du restaurant manque parfois un peu de rigueur mais c'est très bien tout de même. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu le temps d'aller au spa... La situation de l'hôtel est excellente. En plein coeur de Bercy Village, les boutiques, restaurants, cinéma et métro sont à 2 pas. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

“Great Hotel, Great Staff, Not the best location”

This was our first time to Paris. I have read up on many of the reviews before I selected this hotel. It was excelent. I had to complaints at all what so ever about it. As someone mentioned earlier about extended check out, we also had to check out late the front staff extended our check out time with out any hassle or extra charges. The breakfast buffet was a little pricy, but so is all of Paris. I would definetly comeback to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and very accomodating in every aspect. One of the best hotel stays for us ever.

“Would go back anytime.”

Very nice hotel, comparable to a 4 star in Vegas. Staff very friendly and they speak English. Very close to metro station Cour St. Emilion. Very nice pedestrian marketplace within 100 yds of hotel with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Merci Pullman Bercy staff!!

“"Paris style"”

We were delighted with our stay at the Pullman. The standard of the hotel is a true 4+ star, in its presentation, service and location. A modern hotel but very stylish. All staff at the front desk spoke fluent english and were very helpful. Our vacation in Paris, our 3rd visit, but first time stayers at the Pullman, was really complemented by the comfort and enjoyment of the hotel. Buses and metro are literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel, as are shops, restaurants and even a cinema! Next time we visit Paris, we will definitely book in at the Pullman Paris Bercy and highly recommend it to those looking for a quality hotel but at reasonable rates.

“Good hotel - recommended”

The hotel was clean and smart, the staff helpful, the breakfast was pretty good and the location was very close to a number of restaurants, 2 minutes walk from the metro and 10 minutes from the river. Also OK for EuroDisney - two stops on the metro and 30 minutes on the RER from Gare du Lyon which runs until midnight. Marked down maintenance only because the TV "offered" a range of channels from across the world but only a handful of French ones actually worked. A good location for a break combining EuroDisney and the sights of Paris.

“Excellent place to stay”

We had an excellent 4 night stay. Modern, clean hotel. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Not right in the center of things but easy access to the Metro. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

“Quality Hotel in relaxed Parisian location”

The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the Cour St Emillion no. 14 metro line. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and made up on a daily basis. Hotel staff were friendly and offered advise on using the metro. The price of the hotel included breakfast which we found to be of a high standard. Both hot and cold buffet style breakfasts were available. After a long day visiting the sights we relaxed and dined locally in the Bercy village. Prices compared with those at home. We intend to visit Paris again and will definately be staying at the Pullman Bercy hotel which we considered a good find.

“Great Hotel, only 10 mins by metro from centre”

This hotel was perfect for our family weekend break. There were 3 of us in one room and there was still ample space. It is 2 minutes from the metro which gets you to Chatelet in about 10 minutes. From there you can walk to the Pompidou centre and Notre Dame. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. As in other reviews we would agree that the food was expensive but there was a bakery in the village where we bought our breakfast and baguettes for the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
