“Avoid.”

Extremely basic hotel with low comfort level, not even a carpet! Tiny room resembled a prison cell, bathroom was a one piece molded fiberglass 'pod', with not even a bar of soap. These places are designed to be cleaned with a pressure washer. The price we paid did not represent value for money. 'Premier Classe' is a misnomer.

Cleanliness is the big issue. Room was so untidy, toilet was smelly, I controlled my bladder as well as my bowel because the toilet bowl was horrible, white towel turned gray. Restaurant was only serving slice bread, butter, marmalade and nothing else for the breakfast.

There are 3 (tree) hotels with the same name in the area of ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE and it was not specified in the reservation wich one our booking was made. We ended up at 1o pm driving for 1h and 15 mn before anyone could direct us to the one where our rooms where. No elevators funtioning on arrival No one to help with bringing up heavy suit cases Carpet discusting in entance hall and corridors. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless extreme conditions require !

“Great for the Price....not a hotel though”

I have stayed at many Premiere Classe's throughout France and this is one of the best. Clean and close to the airport. Don't expect too much though; very small bathroom. Safe neighborhood; many other hotels nearby. Great value for the continental breakfast.

practical for the budget traveler. Clean, but small room. No food services around other than a full service restaurant. Other first class hotels have a vending machine with full entrees options. This one only had snacks. Breakfast was excellent, for a few Euros more. Be sure to take the "right" shuttle bus, and to be dropped at the "right" First Class. There is more than one in the CDG airport area.

“Not Impressed. Place is a dump, and staff is very arrogant !!”

This was probably the worst hotel I ever stayed so far. We checked in, and upon entering our room, we found it to be extremely small - but that did not matter so much. We were invited to a "torn & dirty" curtain. To top that, the air-conditioning did not work, and found out later there was no hot-water. Upon brining it to the notice of the front-desk, the gentleman told me they could not fix the curtain as they had no replacements. And imagine my surprise when he said the AC system at the hotel was not working !!! I asked why they did not mention this while checking-in - ofcourse the guy shrugs and tells me he cannot do anything about it. I asked him how am I suppose to sleep? (it was a hot day ...) The gentleman told me to keep my windows open ... how rude!! Our room was on the ground level, and the hotel is not in exactly what I would call a "classy" neighbourhood. Someone could easily come-in through the open window. Ofcourse there is no hot-water because they only turn it on in the mornings, I found out. The hotel-staff charge you to take the shuttle to the airport, which we later found out from the driver was "complimentary" - a fact we confirmed through other great hotels in the neighbourhood. We were there for only one-night to catch a flight next morning, so we bit our lips and survived the stay. My advise to other folks - there are plenty of other hotels that are much better - DO NOT STAY HERE. It was not worth the money we paid. Would never stay here again.

“Good for a very quick sleep”

Hotel needs a SERIOUS rennovation. Hallways were dirty and old, but the room was little better. Very close to the airport and a steak restaurant next door. Very cheap price, but you get what you pay for.
