“Great little hotel”
Stayed at the Perryve for a 3 night short break in Paris over Easter weekend .We found the hotel to be great location for all areas we visited easy to walk everywhere. Arrived by Metro Port Malliot changed at Concorde and got off at Rennes easy walk to hotel. Arrived about 9p.m. check in very quick we had e mailed to say we would be arriving later. We simply used the hotel as a base to shower and sleep so we did not want to pay for more expensive hotels . The room was small but very comfortable bed, good shower , towels changed daily very clean with TV . Very interesting curtains!! We did not have breakfast in the hotel but there is a small breakfasting area. There is a lovely patisserie across the street called Bread & Roses ( not cheap) and greengrocers next door , another patisserie round the corner. The location is in a quiet street our room was to the front of the hotel over looking the street with very little noise.Come out of the hotel turn left and left again this takes you to the gates of Luxembourg Gardens a pleasant walk through here will brings you out onto the Boulevard St Micheal leading to St Germain with bars restaurants and shops. Turn right and head back toward Rennes Metro and you will find a great food market on Sunday morning . No problem leaving cases on last day, checked out early came back to collect cases at 6p.m before heading for Metro. Would recommend this hotel if your looking for a base for a short break and don't want to pay city centre prices.

Good location, and good value. Small but satisfactory quarters. Helpful and friendly staff.
