“Good hotel for Disneyland Paris”
The hotel is clean and new. Room had kitchenette. We reserved a room with two beds...but got one. Hotel was full, so we had to deal with it. We put the do not disturb sign on door, but maids entered anyway. Shuttle service is nice, but inconsistent. Overall we liked the hotel and would recommend for travelers going to Disneyland Paris.
“Good for 1 night Disney Paris”
This hotel is your standard cookie cutter chain type "suite" hotel with sliding doors that seal off a living area with sleeper sofa from Bedroom with king or queen bed. We only stayed one night but could be good deal for families staying longer as unit was fully equipped with small kitchen for cooking meals. Nothing is walking distance as far as restaurants shopping etc but hotel does provide free shuttle to nearby town for restauraunts and there is a shopping mall with a nice grocery store.
“FIRAS KUWAIT”
NICE AND RELAXING HOTEL
“This is DEFINITELY NOT a 4-Star hotel----It's MIS-RATED!!!!”
We, several of my family members, had 2 suites for 1 week in hot July--suites are very necessary at this hotel as the classic room is tiny! AIR CONDITIONING barely works; in many of the hotel rooms I tried, it was simply a blower--blowing the air around, but not cooling it. In my parents room, the air conditioner worked a little bit. But it was never cool. During the night when you are sleeping, you die of heat. YOU MUST HAVE A CAR, OR YOU PAY MINIMUM 15 euros EVERYTIME YOU STEP IN A TAXI to go anywhere. There are NO restaurants, NO easily accessible food stores nearby. Do not stay here if you are relying on the bus. Certain times during the day, it only runs every 75 min. KITCHENETTE: you must ask for things you need like a sponge, dish soap, a fry pan. Seemed bizarre to me. FINDING THIS HOTEL---GPS: In July 2010, the street of this hotel STILL is not on people's GPS systems, and our taxi drivers could never find this hotel. Super-frustrating. SHUTTLE TO DISNEYLAND PARK: very unreliable. Two times when it was supposed to pick us up at 9pm, it didn't come. It just didn't come. We were stuck & had to take more 15 euro taxis. When it did come, it was 20 min late. This was hard on me because my 4-yr-old was exhausted, and the waiting & not knowing if the shuttle would come this time was frustrating. Mattresses are very nice in suites. Several of the employees really tried their best to help us---thank you to them!
“Great hotel, not the best location”
If you're looking for a cheap way to stay in Paris, 5 stars: It has a shuttle to Disneyland where you can get on the Metro and ride into town. Leave the driving to the French, but it will be an hour from hotel to Paris Center. If you're wanting to visit your hotel in the middle of your city touring, 1 star: As stated above, you're going to be on the metro for an hour one way. If you want amenities, 3 stars: No restaurants nearby; bar closes at 9:30pm (even on weekends); Nothing around hotel; good suites, not sure about the smaller rooms
“Need Better Directions”
Hotel address was not found in the GPS. I had to stop several times to get directions and nobody knew where the hotel street was located. Calling the front desk was not much better.
“would go back, but I'm not running back”
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are a few issues I had. The first is that check in time is at 3pm, which is very inconvenient. But, that is a small issue. There are a small amount of hidden fees that will be due upon check out. Wifi is 15 euros PER DAY. The bar closes at 9. Also, there is NOTHING near this hotel (although things are in construction, so that will change). Once the bus stops running, you're stuck there for the night. There is a local pizza delivery service that is available for reasonable prices though. With all that being said, I would go back, but I would be better prepared next time.
“Beautiful new hotel but with some issues”
The Home Business Paris Val d'Europe is a beautiful new hotel not far from Disneyland Paris. For the price, the rooms themselves were very nice and well appointed. The kitchen was very well set-up with most everything you would need. The room itself was clean, modern, and spacious. Our main complaint with the hotel was the fact that the pool/spa was not yet opened (construction still in progress), but this was not mentioned anywhere on the site. Everyone was very disappointed with this information when we found out upon arrival. Also, the shuttle bus offered by the hotel only runs in the morning and at night, so it was not possible to come back to the hotel with the shuttle during the day. The negative points did not ruin our trip, but definitely put a damper on things. Be warned.
