“Good Hotel, shame about the noisy location but would still go back.”
The hotel was clean, and the staff were very attentive and helpful, the only negative thing I can say is, it is very noisy the double glazing does not do a very good job if you are staying in a room at the front of the hotel. We read previous reports about the breakfast in the hotel and decided on our first morning to go to "Midore" opposite the hotel, what a let down! paper cups dirty tables and floors would not go there again! for the rest of our stay we had breakfast in the hotel , yes it is a little expensive but there was plenty to eat ,everything was fresh and you just helped yourself to as much as you like. Ali and Mustafa on reception were always friendly and had happy smiling faces , a pleasure to come down to in the morning.
“Friendly, warm, cosy & central”
Perfect as a base, this centrally located small hotel is convenient, clean and homely. The rooms are small and cute. It's an old building but everything is well maintained but this is not a luxury hotel. However the beds are comfy and the rooms are warm. The staff are all genuinely helpful, friendly and kind and made it a pleasure to stay there. The hotel is in a great location in easy walking distance of Montmartre and the tourist sites of central Paris. I have travelled to Paris many times and would definately stay in this hotel again.
“Très bien situé, excellent séjour.”
Séjour excellent dans cet hôtel situé à quelques minutes à pied seulement de l'Opéra Garnier. Chambre très propre, très calme. Personnel très serviable, aimable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir
“A lovely place to stay in Paris”
An excellent value, right in the heart of the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful in arranging for a bus tour and the location near the metro was great. The windows were able to be opened for fresh air but it was (like most hotels in Paris) rather noisy.
“Would definitely stay again”
Simple, comfortable, and affordable. The staff was very courteous and helpful, speaking English clearly and taken my broken French in stride. Breakfast of cereals, yogurt, juice and pastries was also quite reasonable and the fresh coffee brought to each table was absolutely great.
“Very impressed, great location, great staff”
This is a great hotel with fantastic staff (especially Ali) who made our stay in the hotel feel very welcomed. Small but very clean comfortable rooms, had one with queen size bed for two adults and one two singles for our two teenage kids. We will go back!
“Comfortable stay”
The room, as most rooms in Paris, was small but adequate. Above all, it was clean and serviced daily to keep it clean. Felt very much at ease in the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Any problems or questions were dealt with pleasantly and quickly. They provide an optional breakfast which was more than adequate. The location is very near a major Metro station. In good weather you can walk to almost anywhere from this centrally located hotel. She may not be Paris Hilton but she is a good dependable hotel.
“Would strongly recommend”
The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned very well each day. Prices were quite reasonable. Close to the metro, restaurants, sights, shopping, etc.
“Real "Feel Good " place to stay”
The only bad thing I can say about the Opera Deauville Hotel is that the lift was really small, but we fit anyway. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was easy. They asked us if we needed transportation to the airport and then arranged it for us. It was a nice place to stay, and excelent value for money.
“Great central hotel!”
This hotel is fantastic! It is in a great central location, near lots of bus stops and metro stations for easy travelling. The staff were really helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is small, but it is very a clean and has everything that you need. Everything was in good condition, and although our room was on the street, the windows were very sound proof and the curtains were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a comfortable and pleasant stay in the heart of Paris. I would definitely stay there again.
