“Novotel Hotel”

The Novotel was great and in an excellent location, not 10 mins from metro . The staff were very helpful! The hotel is well kept , carpets in bedroom could be replaced or cleaned better though. Loved the experience!

“Novotel”

Good business hotel. Friendly staff and very obliging on providing us with a late check out on Sunday afternoon which was much appreciated! The surrounding area is slightly rough, but given its proximity to the ring road and metro stop, it is good value.

“Good value”

It was a ten minute walk to the hotel from the Metro, but there are nice little grocery stores and ethnic restaurants on the way. A fairly easy connection to most attractions in the city. The room was comfortable and the cleaning staff did a good job. Front desk very helpful, and there was a nice play area for our kids in the lobby with an x-box, and a computer for the guests to use. I'd stay again.

“This hotel is just a pass”

The stuff in the restaurant did not speak English which was very strange ! Also the breakfast was very poor with no good variety

“Qualité générale en dessous de la moyenne”

Pour le coût de la nuit et du petit déjeuner, il n'y avait pas de pain au petit déjeuner, peu de place dans la salle de bains élément de la douche non fixé correctement au mur propreté du sol (moquette) laissant à désirer Seul point positif l’amabilité des réceptionnistes.

“poor service”

Fold out bed not comfortable Safe broken-never fixed Unkowledgeable staff Critical wake up call did not happen. When I told staff about problem they said- Its not my fault- not I'm sorry. Never heard - have a nice day or can I do anything to help. Only one staff member was service savy.

“What happended to Service?”

Although the hotel was clean (except for the foul smell of the shower) and had all the amenities, the service was lacking and often non existing. In exception of one front desk clerk, ALL the other ones acted as if you were bothering them with a question you might have. The restaurant staff was worse then the front desk. I would classify their service as unprofessional, rude and just don't care attitude. Unfortunately, for Paris where the people can be helpful and kind, the people working in the hotel and restaurant industry spoil it for the rest. I can not recommend this hotel to any body, unless you want to experience some of the worst service available in a hotel that claims it cares.
