“My stay was excellent”
The hotel employee were very helpfule and responsive, the food was very good, and the location is convinient close to the Metro Station (500m).
“Awsome for kids”
Nice size rooms and easily accessible to many shops and restaurants. Not exactly an easy walk to the subway if you are traveling with 3 generations and 5 suitcases, but not impossible. Hats off to the awesome staff --- special mention to Gaedique Farcy who very kindly helped us try to sort out a ticket fiasco with the Louvre Museum. She was fantastic!
“nice modern and clean hotel”
The only problem is that it's located on a like highway noisy street. Everything else is perfect.
“What happended to Service?”
Although the hotel was clean (except for the foul smell of the shower) and had all the amenities, the service was lacking and often non existing. In exception of one front desk clerk, ALL the other ones acted as if you were bothering them with a question you might have. The restaurant staff was worse then the front desk. I would classify their service as unprofessional, rude and just don't care attitude. Unfortunately, for Paris where the people can be helpful and kind, the people working in the hotel and restaurant industry spoil it for the rest. I can not recommend this hotel to any body, unless you want to experience some of the worst service available in a hotel that claims it cares.
“Perfect Hotel for a family with two kids.”
Everything was perfect with this hotel. Video games in the lobby for the kids. The rooms are perfect for family with two kids. Excellent and convenient bathroom. Not huge but large enough room. Sleeping sofa was perfect and roomy for the kids. You don't go to Paris to spend to much time in your Hotel anyways. We bought some groceries and were able to sore in the minibar. There are several grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. Several restaurants, a pizza place around the corner. The metro station is about 5 blocks away (5-7 minutes walk).
“Good value for money”
The hotel is OK. The parking fee is 15 Euros per 24 hours, but it is OK, given that they provide underground parking and your car won`t get scratched or hit.
“good 4 the price!”
It was a good hotel specially because we were driving, we could find parking very easily, when we rented a hotel close to the Eiffel tower we never found parking... It's like 2 miles away from Notre Dame, but Taxi costs like 5 euros, which we thought it was not bad... We liked everything in the hotel the staff, the quality everything was outstanding!!! :)
“I am happy to go back, even though I am a kind of person like to try new things all the time.”
At check-in, the guy was very friendly. He gave my little boy two stuffed animals, a white polar bear and a brown moose. And he gestured my little one to give one to my older boy. Then, he asked my older son which color he liked. My older boy was a bit hesitated. The guy said "ok, take both." He then took out another two stuffed animals. My little one beamed and said this was the best time of this trip.
“Good hotel to stay”
Excellent. Good breakfast. 5 minutes walk to metro. Good for family travel together.
“A hotel exceeds American standards yet in Paris.”
We can't find a hotel with a reasonable price to accommodate four of us in hot locations in Paris. So we choose this hotel. Our stay is every pleasant. First, the subway station is a few steps away. Within 30 minutes, you can arrive in every populate places in central Paris. You can buy 10 tickets for 11.6 Europe, or buy day passes, which may cost more, but for more freedom. Children under 12 can save half on tickets. Ask options as much as possible, as you may get different advices from different agents. The second, this hotel offers buffet breakfast, and children can eat free. We can start days well prepared, and take famous bakery for late lunches on Paris’ street. Dinner must be taken in restaurants, and the portion is usually small. So basically the breakfast is very important in getting energy. The third, although the hotel room is not very spacious, it is clean, modern and convenient. Children are extremely pleased with the separate toilet, the glass shower place, an one-piece counter top and an extra bath tab with shower handle. They need to sleep on an unfolded sofa bed. But it is comfortable enough for them to fall asleep right away, after a whole day’s walking.
