“An excellent choise around Paris airport”

Rooms are good and clean and you have wi-fi internet access every where in the hotel through Orange network (reasonably priced). The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is not cheap but never the less quite reasonable. I liked everything about the hotel except for two things. 1. Breakfast is too expensive for the hotel. 2. Long wait for Shuttle bus to the airport and long drive if there is a traffic jam. If you need a shuttle bus to/from the RER train station at CDG airport, you may have to wait 40 to 45 minutes

“Great hotel and the best breakfast ever”

We stayed here for the last night of our vacation and it was perfect! The airport shuttle was quick and easy and on-time. The staff at the hotel were consistently charming and helpful. Of course, the room is smaller than a standard North American hotel, but is filled with space saving cupboards and built-ins. Our family of four (and our ton of luggage) was cosy but comfortable. The big draw for us was the spa and pool. The kids enjoyed the steam room, sauna and a few laps while we lounged about in the sun. Highly recommended! Breakfast was included (must book it in advance, very cheap or pay 25Euros, yikes!) and the Novatel certainly does a great job; a huge array of cereals, yougurts and juices as well as tasty hot dishes, endless coffee and tea and loads of fresh fruit. The hotel had two X-Box systems set up in the lobby next to the complimentary computer (free for 20 minutes, longer if no one else is waiting) Which the kids really appreciated. Overall a great, kid-friendly, yet sophistcated hotel.

“Great Hotel near CDG Airport”

We stayed in this hotel the night before our flight back to the US last week. The hotel is extremely clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was quite courteous and helpful. In the morning, the shuttle was packed, and one of the staff put our bags in a mini-van to take us to the airport. We beat the big shuttle, and had wonderful private service. We were quite impressed!

“Nice hotel in a beautiful small town”

The hotel is about 10 minutes by shuttle bus from the airport in a beautiful small town, Roissy en France, definitely worth seeing. There was a foul smell in the lobby, but the room was very nice and clean. The service was good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The only downside is getting the shuttle at the airport, as CDG is not the easiest airport to navigate.

“Beautiful hotel, great staff”

The hotel was beautiful and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with the shuttle, though. The shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel was very helpful with my heavy suitcase, but the shuttle driver from the hotel to the airport just sat in his seat while I struggled until another passenger finally helped me.
