Good Afternoon,Thank you very much for this feedback.We gave you a bowl of ice cubes because we don't have ice cubes with our fridge. We just have a small plate that we put in the freezer to help if guest needed.Indeed we are a small independent hotel with only 36 rooms. We don't have restaurant service only breakfast. Good Evening,Thank you very much for this feedback.Regarding the size of our rooms we communicate on it at the booking: 10m² for a business room, 12m² for a classic room and 14m² for a deluxe room.Regarding cleanliness, rooms are clean everyday by housekeeper but they don't pay the same attention at a departure and recouche.However there is a paper in all ou rooms "do not disturb" if you don't want that housekeeper come or "please clean the room" if you would like that housekeeper pay attention at your room in case of recouche.There is always someone at the reception and you can interact with 3 different person in 24h. So if you don't have a good feeling for one of the receptionists, you can always share your disappointments with another one like that we can remedy at your dissatisfaction. Good afternoon,Thank you verry much for this feedback.Regarding the size of our rooms we communicate on it at the booking: 10m² for a business room, 12m² for a classic room and 14m² for a deluxe room.Regarding coffee, the machine in the hall is exclusively reserved for breakfast, however each room is equipped with a kettle with welcome products : tea, coffee, milk, sugar, small speculoos cakes.Regarding the location, our hotel is located 2min walk from station Volontaires metro 12 and 8min walk from station Sevres Lecourbe (Bir hakeim stop for the Eiffel Tower) metro 8.Regarding the catering offer, we have many restaurants in the Rue des Volontaires and in the two other perpendicular streets, who are Rue Lecourbe and Rue de Vaugirard.I also have a large list of food establishments that I gladly share with guests that I personally tested around 10 minutes walk maximum from the hotel from around the world foods: Italian, Ethiopian, Asian, Indian, Peruvian, Korean, Lebanese, traditional French...The 15th district is a family and calm district.You just have to be careful as everywhere around metro stations (robbers, homeless...).I am at your disposal if you would like to discuss with me concerning the various points of dissatisfaction.Best regards,Juliette for the Nouvel hotel Eiffel
