the hotel is perfect for those who are out and about and looking for somewhere to rest their sore heads and weery legs just fits it purpose and was situated in quiet place loads of food places around not a far walk to main attractions

good rooms clean, not really small. Elevator was small. Reception spoke english and were attentive, so did the cleaner\ breakfast was value for money. definitely would go back.

“Good value, good location, helpful staff”

I booked 2 single rooms on-line and that's what I got. The single beds were comfortable, and the shower/wc/washbasin were all clean. Rooms made up every day. Reception helpful and friendly. Free wi-fi was good too. Rooms were small, but to be expected in the middle of Paris in a budget hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and Metro stop about 100 mts away. Only criticism is the carpets in the rooms were quite worn, but not a big issue.

“Without Fault - Just excellent”

Brilliant little hotel, Great location and a comftable room. We had a room with a double bed and although there was not masses of space around the bed thats not what we were looking for anyway. Good bathroom with Nice shower, better than any other hotel shower I think Ive had anyway and spotlessly clean. Honestly no faults whatsoever. Would certainly reccomend and would go back myself.

“New Hotel Saint Lazare”

Easily recognisable from the street, which was useful. It was modern and clean in reception with free access to a computer and breakfast available at a fee. Room was basic but the shower was nice and the area was comfortable and very clean, although it was previously a smoking room so it needed airing. Do not think there was a safe. The Hotel is in a good location, which is why we chose it. At the end of the road there is the metro, which is a very good way to get around and I would recommend getting a pass for it, they arrive- if not immediately -within two minutes. At the other end of the road there are a selection of eateries and yes the food is a bit pricey in general all over Paris but we managed to find something reasonable on all menus. Round the corner from there is the Moulin Rouge, easily walkable distance. Had a great time in Paris and saw pretty much everything there was to see in four days. The hotel is great if you are out sightseeing and just need somewhere to go back to, to clean up and sleep.

“Convinient, clean but not great”

Very clean small hotel at a decent location with good metro connections. The rooms are small but very clean. The room was not airconditioned (which is normally not a problem unless there us heat wave). Also the bed matress was not very unconfortable...

“Good location, ok room”

The room was very basic but clean, which is all we needed, since we were in Paris to see the city, not sit around the hotel. The location was close to Montmartre, which was great as there were a lot of restaurants to choose from in the area. I would recommend that you bring earplugs, as the street the hotel is on carries a lot of traffic and can be quite noisy (much like all the streets in Paris).

nice clean hotel. good central location and v close to the metro. The hotel staff were friendly. there is free wifi for guests too. i would certainly go back to this hotel.

“Good location but small lift, room and toilet”

The great thing about this hotel is its proximity to the Liege metro station. There are good cafes, restaurants and bakeshops close by as well as small retail shops that one should not miss. The only issue we had was we were given a smoking room when my reservation was for a non-smoking room. They offered to give us a non-smoking rm after I complained but we only stayed 2 nights so we decided to just stay. They cleaned the room the next day and the room did not have the cigarette smell anymore. Will stay in same hotel if coming back to Paris.
