“Comfortable hotel and great location”

Although the hotel is on a busy boulevard - with lots of restaurants and shops nearby - the rooms seem to be arranged mostly away from the street, and our room was so quiet and comfortable that we slept till 10:30 on our first morning! The room was small, but as we were mostly out and about, that didn't matter. The location is great for exploring Paris. Nearest metro is Vavin, and Notre Dame is less than a mile away to the North. Our visit was just after the protests about raising the French age of retirement, but we didn't see any sign of riots or demos or anything really, except for some overflowing rubbish bins.

“Excellent value hotel in my favorite neighborhood”

I booked a 3 night stay at this hotel because of very good rate and positive experience with this brand in Europe. The hotel offers no-frills basics, and is very well maintained. Located near several metro stations, and great restaurants. I will likely stay there again next visit.

“3 night stay at Mercure Raspail”

A great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a superb hotel and if you book at the right time there are some great rates including breakfast.

“A good hotel but with reservations”

This is a comfortable clean hotel in an excellent location away from, but not far from the main tourist locations. Downsides were the fact that the hotel did not provide me with a non-smoking room although mercifully, I could not smell smoke; and the advice we were given on arrival about the breakfast price turned out when we paid to be the price at the bar!We had to pay double and they are expensive. The secure lock on my daughter's bedroom was broken and was not repaired during our visit.

“un peu dècu du service”

le personnelle bien triste pas souriant pour les valises il faut les portee sois meme je trouve cela incorrette de la par de l hotel mercure je demande un taxi et on me donne celui de hotel qui coute plus cher car il n a pas de compteur
