“Very Good Value in Paris!”

The rooms are adequate, clean, with air conditioning; the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom/shower is good (no refrigerator). Having a room at the back of the hotel was great -- quiet! Most of all, the location is wonderful: there's a metro stop at the end of the street (Place D'Italie), there are restaurants and a super-market nearby, and, a few days each week, there's an open-air market directly in front of the hotel. Very helpful front-desk staff! Very good value for money!

“HOTEL TRES BIEN SITUE, DE BON CONFORT, AVEC UN PERSONNEL SYMPATHIQUE”

Je suis allée très souvent à Paris pour de courts séjours et j'ai vraiment vu de tout par rapport aux hôtels !! Celui -ci est très bien situé, le quartier est animé avec un grand nombre de brasseries et restaurants en tous genres dans le quartier de "la butte aux cailles", juste à côté. Il y a une entrée de métro à quelques mètres et pourtant, il n'y a aucun bruits souterrains dans l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet, mais les tables sont très petites ...! on est un peu à l'étroit. C'est la seule petite fausse note que je mettrais à cet établissement dans lequel je retournerai très certainement !

“City trip”

We had 2 rooms reserved, and both were of good size (one was even upgraded), very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very polite, helpful and thoughtful in selecting the 2 rooms reserved. Next time in Paris, we will definitely pick again this hotel. Other advantages: Very good public transportation from Place d'Italie to all Paris attractions. Shopping center with grocery store nearby, excellent food market in front of the hotel, plenty of restaurants to pick from in the area.

excellent location....close to metro.....many eating places nearby (French, Chinese, Mcdonald, KFC).....Shopping mall across the street......The hotel staff spoke english & very friendly....The breakfast was very good.....If your room faces the street & you open the window, it can be noisy.

“Best 3 Star Hotel in Paris”

I recently visited Paris on vacation and having been to the city many times before I was looking for a hotel slightly removed form the normal tourist areas but close to the metro and all the major attractions in visiting Paris. This hotel was great for all this and excellent for the independent confident traveller. Very convenient to the Metro with two stations 5 minutes from the hotels front door. A vibrant neighbourhood with many local good quality inexpensive restaurants as well as fast food options such as McDonald's and KFC for the less adventurous traveller The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and directed me to some excellent local french restaurants in the back streets behind the hotel. The huge street market that takes place 3 days a week outside the hotel was also a real immersion in Parisian daily life and culture. My room was unusually large for a parisian hotel and all the amenities worked very well. The free WFI was very helpful, as was the big comfortable bed, and It was a quite hotel with little street noise. A large shopping centre and supermarket are close by in the Place D Italie. It would now be my hotel of choice in visiting Paris for business or pleasure. This is a great hotel to stay in!!!

“Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to Metro”

We stayed a week. The room was small but comfortable, the staff was helpful, and breakfast was good (though it costs extra). The neighborhood is nice--very near two Metro stops, a bakery, a tiny food market, several cafes, and a huge shopping mall. There is a street market 2-3 times a week where we bought fruit to keep in the tiny fridge in the room. My husband is a walker and felt completely safe walking all around the neighborhood, even at night. I had stayed at this hotel several years ago and chose to stay again, and was not disappointed.

“Facile d'accés, à coté du métro”

Mercure ressemblant aux Mercures. Chambre correcte, salle de bain confortable. Pas de bruit, extérieur et intérieur, bonne isolation. Salle de petit-déjeuner un peu exigue, viennoiseries pas terribles mais personnel sympa. Café à revoir.

“Close to Metro, fair conditions, very frinedly and helpful staff.”

The reviews of theis hotel were right on. It is very close to the Metro Station which was very convenient. It is about a 20 min. ride into the main parts of the city. All of the front deak attendants spoke English and were every helpful if we had any questions. The room we stayed in did not have air conditioning and we needed to open the windows at night. The beds were not super comfortable, but we crashed every night, so this was not an issue for us. They provided a hairdryer in the bathroom and small toiletries (shampoo, bodywash, and soap). The shower was nice and hot, good water pressure, but the divider did not keep all the water in the tub so the floor got very wet. The cleanliness was fair. Nothing outstanding, but decent for a few nights stay. All in all a good stay. I would look for something closer to the main attractions if we went back. There is a Mecure property right by the Eiffle Tower I would like to price for next time.

“Good clean hotel”

It's a good, small, clean, conveniently hotel located by the subway which can take you everywhere! The area is safe and clean. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel!
