“nous y retournerons dés possible”

“Pleasantly surprised”
This hotel was great for a last minute get away for us. We were off to a rough start getting off of the metro and trying to find our way to the hotel. Somehow we missed the information about the shuttle service and we walked and walked trying to find the hotel. I called prior to booking and was told that it was a 5 minute walk to the metro station. It was easily a 10 minute walk at a brisk pace. Taxi cabs refused to take us...they wanted fares further away and they didn't seem to like the fact that we spoke English. Once we FINALLY made it to the hotel, it took forever to check in. This was not a pleasant experience either. HOWEVER, once we actually got into our room, we had no complaints at all. It was clean, very modern, and comfortable. There was always an English speaking person on duty as well. This was very helpful. Location: this hotel is not in the heart of Paris (nor does it claim to be. Just a tip for those who aren't sure what location they are looking at). It took us an average of 30 minutes walking/metro time to get to the center of Paris.

Architecture ultra moderne.Intérieur très design. Super décoration,chambres "privilège" luxueuses. Le petit-déjeuner, excellent, est très copieux,etpermet d'attendre sans faim,le repas du soir ! Quand on en a les moyens, à conseiller!
“The Mercure is well placed for La Defense”
Good hotel a short walk or bus ride from La Defense. Breakfast is not good value at €17!
“Perfect for Longchamp and St Cloud racecourses”
Stayed here for Arc weekend, and it was spot on for the racetrack. Hotel very comfortable, with complimentary wifi, a good breakfast (reasonable for Paris at €17) and friendly service. Beer in the bar is expensive however!
“Great place to stay”
This hotel is slightly outside of the city but the shuttle service offered allows for quick and convenient access to the city. The staff is very helpful to international travelers. We were unexpectedly given a room with a view of the city and the Eiffel Tower, and our stay was nothing but enjoyable and relaxed. Highly recommended!
“Good value for money”
This hotel is very good value for money. The neighborhood is lovely with shops, cafes and restaurants. You can buy cheap bottles of water, sandwiches, etc from the local supermarket so that you do not have to pay extortionate prices at tourist attractions. The free shuttle service to the metro (La Defence) is OK, but we found that it was quicker to catch the local bus when returning to the hotel from the station. The bus ride takes a few minutes only. There is a direct train from La Defence to Disney Park. The free shuttle service to the station can be improved.
“Hôtel Mercure La Défense 6, commerce à proximité, à 10 minutes du CNIT”
Bien placé pour les congrès au CNIT, 10 minutes à pied et navette par 15 minutes réel 30 minutes. Propre, très bon restaurant qualité et originalité, service pas de standing mais personnel très agréable. Petit coin pour acheter ancas et divers petites choses même tardivement.

This is a wonderful hotel, old school charm with modern ammenities. Great staff, super location within a short walking distance to major attractions. A four star by european standards that would qualify as a 5 star by american standards.
“Tres confortable mais...”
j'ai sejourné dans cette hotel avec mon ami pour le nouvel an. Le confort, la qualité et la propreté de la chambre son irréprochables. Cependant tous les services sont facturés, prévoyez 15 euros pour le parking par nuit, et même une surtaxe pour avoir droit à des dosettes de café dans votre chambre!!!! La prochaine fois j'emmenerais mon café et mes sucrettes!!!!
