“Great location, close to metro”

This is a great hotel with a supermarket conveniently 2 min walk away, which is great with the kitchenette - the only way to save money we have found in our travels is cooking! However note that the kitchenette is small - only has a stove top and sink, but is fine for light meals.

“Awesome 10 days in Paris”

Great hotel at a great price. Room was clean, well-kept. Our refrigerator didn't work, but was fixed within hours of us telling the front desk. Staff was very helpful, listened patiently as we tried out our French. Very close to St. Sebastien metro stop. A perfect 10 days in Paris with my husband.

“A Great Place to Stay”

The Hotel is lovely. We had a family room that was bigger than anticipated, clean and well appointed with large, comfy beds, an excellent ensuite, cooking facility (which we didn't use) and a good wardrobe, telly etc. The room was clean, quiet and well serviced by the cleaning staff. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, they were in every respect very professional. The hotel is well positioned, the metro is just around the corner, there are a couple of bars / restaurants next door that are good for meals (including breakfast if you choose) there is a supermarket 200 yards further up the road and a pharmacist very near too. It was not the cheapest Hotel on offer but the deal that we had was very good and I feel that we experienced a first class Hotel at a bargain price, it definitely added to our sense of 'being on Holiday'. All in all a really great find that we would be happy to re-visit.

“Great hotel, great location”

The hotel was located in Le Marais district, a good area of Paris, very close to a metro stop and grocery/wine store. Room had a fridge and two burners so we ate most breakfasts in the room plus snacks and wine at happy hour. There was a great bar (The Italian Cafe) across the street -great for nightcaps etc. Hotel was within easy walking distance to good shopping and restaurants.

“Large room, great location, food is overpriced”

The main selling features for this hotel are the size of the rooms, the fact that you can get cooking facilities in the room and its central location. The big rooms are great if you have kids. The broadband internet is expensive but works fine. It is quite a large hotel with several buildings around a little courtyard and breakfast can get crowded but it is under control and the food is good. Breakfast is expensive at 20 euro for an adult, 12 for a child. Room service is extortionate and only has (admittedly nice) sandwiches. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are lots of them. I would go back.

“Wonderful staff, nice hotel”

I was worried after reading some bad reviews of the hotel, but was pleasantly surprised; the desk staff were amazing - all spoke English, and were helpful and friendly - and our room (I think it was called a junior suite) was perfect for us. For the three of us(myself and my two teenage daughters) we had a room with a big bed (two singles pushed together, which was great for us) and a sitting room with a sofa bed. I requested a quiet, non-smoking room in an email about three days before we arrived, and we were given a lovely room in a building far from rue Amelot, with its noisy nightclub across from the hotel. The free wireless internet was fine for us, as we only needed it to look up Paris attractions, go on Facebook and check email. We had a kitchenette (fridge, stovetop, no microwave though) so kept food for breakfast and snacks, which saved us a lot of money. There were a few glitches with the maid service, with someone coming on one day before we had left the room for the day, the next not coming at all; it seemed a bit disorganized, but any issues were quickly remedied with a call to the front desk. We were close to several good cafes and a block from the Saint Sebastien Metro station. Very interesting neighbourhood, in the Jewish section - I loved exploring it! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
