“Lovely small hotel, great location”

Hotel interior is lovely, new and clean. A small, chic, quiet bar in the lobby, and rooms recently renovated with pretty decor. Our double was small without being uncomfortable. (The bathroom shower is the only place a large or long-limbed person will feel a bit squeezed.) Staff very friendly and helpful. A metro stop just up the block, an RER stop (Port Royal) if you take the train in from the CDG airport, is a few blocks away. And it's around the corner from the marvelous Le Select and its fancier neighbor, Le Dome. The Jardins du Luxemborg are also a 5-minute walk away. We'll definitely go back.

“Friendly, comfortable, clean”

The room was a good size for a hotel room in Paris. It was very clean and fitted out to a good standard. The bathroom was lovely. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful too. Very impressed. The general area was lively with shops, cafes and restaurants but the actual street the hotel was on was very quiet. It's very close to the Metro too so not too far to walk after treking round Paris all day. The hotel website provided a map to locate the hotel. We found this very confusing. The hotel is at the small arrow not the large red hotel logo!

“Excellent hotel in really good location”

Cannot recommend this hotel higly enough, ideal location away from really busy tourist area but with very easy access to all the main attractions. Hotel staff went out of their way to help and advise us on restaurants, metro etc. We will definetely go back to the Lenox.

“Would stay again”

Found this hotel to be very welcoming, polite and helpful front desk service. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean, the bathroom was great with a full bath and shower. Breakfast was excellent, best scrambled eggs anywhere. Very convenient to the underground, loved the location for sightseeing and even a bank machine at the corner.

“Worth it”

Very nice hotel, friendly and useful staff centered on the comfort of the guests. Breakfasts are a bit too expensive but still very good. Situated in a quite street next to montparnasse. If you hesitate with another hotel, don't worry for this one, you won't be disappointed.

“Paris has no good cheap hotels - absolute Snazz and Piffle. THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL!!!!”

We have just arrived back from a 5 night stay in Paris and can't believe how amazing this hotel was! The room, which was very smartly decorated, had a decent sized beautiful bathroom and also a balcony which led onto a court yard with a fountain. The hotel has a brilliant electronic system in place which allows you to notify the front desk when you do not want to be disturbed. Thanks to this, we did not have any face-to-face encounters with the cleaners and instead, we would return from a long day's sight-seeing to find our room absolutely spotless, with soaps and towels replaced and also a bit of french music playing from the flat screen tv to welcome us back. This was done everyday! The Hotel has classy bar and lounge area where the drinks were no more expensive than anywhere else. As for the staff, I could go on and on. I have never before (certainly not in hotels) encountered such a friendly and professional service. The staff go out of their way to help you and they are always there at the desk, no matter what the time. The location is great, a minute away from the nearest metro -which is all you need. Plenty of restaurants nearby too, although that did not make this a noisey area. Overall, a fantastic trip which was hugely influenced by our stay in this hotel. We will return to Paris but would not consider staying anywhere else -even if we had to re-arrange our holiday dates to get a booking, it would be worth it. Don't stay anywhere else!

“Pleasantly surprised”

We stayed for 6 nights at the end of June. We loved this hotel. It has a small boutiquey feel and was very clean and cozy (although a bit smoky at night, but that is hard to avoid in Paris). It is close to several different Metro stations, as well as the Gare Montparnasse. The neighborhood has many restaurants and not much else by way of touristy things to do, but we enjoyed that. The staff were great, and the free internet in the lobby was very helpful. We would stay here again.

“Very impressed”

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. It has a great location near various transport links and very good restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and of a good standard, and it had a car park which was a definite bonus. Rooms are small but they always are in Paris. I would definitely stay there again
