“Quirky refurbishment with a fantastic location”

We picked this hotel because of the location, and we were not dissappointed. We only had 2 days in Paris, and wanted to walk to as many places as possible, which we did from here. Walking from the hotel to The Louvre was only about 10 - 15 mins, and from there you can just carry on to The Champs Elysee and the Eiffel Tower. As with all hotels in Paris the rooms were certainly compact, but the recent refurbsihment was fun and fantastic - very different to anything we had seen before. The location next to the Latin Quarter for lots of restaurants is also great for the evenings.

“Great view and location.”

Great view of Notre Dame from our room. Rooms were not noisy at all with windows closed. Easily accessible to metro/RER (2 min or so walk). Free wifi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Initially when you enter hotel you do have stairs to climb. After entering lobby there is a small elevator that can fit two ppl or one person and probably one piece of luggage. This however, would not deter me from staying at this hotel in the future. Very good experience!

“Couldn't do better than this”

Location, location, location! Directly across the street from the metro station and Notre Dame cathedral. Tons of cafes within a block, The Louvre, St, Germain, St. Chapelle, the Concierege, Isle St. Louis, and the Pantheon are all within ten minutes' walk from the hotel. The crowd noise at night was barely noticeable; it certainly didn't keep us up after a day's worth of walking all over a truly beautiful city. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. If we're ever in Paris again, we're staying here.

Trés agréablemenr surprise par le design des chambres de l'hôtel. situation idéale, vue sur Notre Dame, à deux pas des RER et du métro ligne 4. Accueil trés chaleureux. petit déjeuner copieux. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

“Convenient and comfortable”

Although very touristy area the hotel is brilliantly located, with a RER train stop which goes right to the airport. No need for taxis or heaving bags on Metro. Hotel is light and airy with great views over the river and a cafe bar underneath which is good for last drink at night!Area is pricey but hotel good value and I'd return to it even though I've stayed in several Paris hotels.

Location is unbeatable! Hotel very close to 2 Metro stations Hotel querky-chic and very clean, nice bathroom (though small) very good shower Staff multilingual and extremely friendly and helpful Surronded by cafes, bars and restaurants for every wallet size Stairs from street to reception can be difficult if heavy luggage or disabled but lift from reception services all floors

“Did not disappoint!!”

I found this place by doing a google search for hotels near Notre Dame. I knew I wanted something in the Latin Quarter and was looking for something more interesting than the new Holiday Inn down the street. While it wasn't a steal, it was a great value. The website is very true to life, so make sure you view the galleries to decide if this funky LaCroix styled hotel is your style before booking. The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They all spoke English, along with French, and a few other languages. It's on a very busy street corner so you could hear some street noise at times (sirens) but not enough to keep us up at night. I would definitely go back here given the chance! Enjoy!

“Great Value and Superb Location in Paris”

Great location of The Hotel Notre Dame in the middle of Paris situated on the Seine, directly across from Notre Dame Cathedral. Paris Metro is directly outside the front door of the hotel which makes seeing all of the sites easy and efficient. Take the Metro from the airport to the front door of the Hotel for 8.40 Euro and save yourself about 40 Euro for a taxi. There are many cafes/bistros within walking distance of Hotel Notre Dame and just around the corner is a great gelato place called "Amorino Gelato" - Perfect to cool off after a long, hot day of sight-seeing. Would definitely not hesitate to go back to Hotel Notre Dame.

“Would revisit this well located hotel”

The hotel Notre Dame is very well located in the hub of Paris very close to the Nautre Dame Cathedral and the Latin Quarter. Hard to imagine a better location for general sight seeing of the city either on foot or by Metro. There are plenty of bistros etc very nearby. The hotel has been refurbished and although the decor could be described as a little quirky the good sized room was very clean and well fitted with an excellent bathroom. Really nice fresh and clean beds.There was a 40 " TV on the wall linked to a web cam giving a real time view of the Cathedral! The staff were very courteous and helpful and spoke English very well .
