Bonjour Madame Il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaire,vous avez payé la taxe de séjour qui est obligatoire pour la ville . Toute nos chambres sont propres ménage fait tous les jours . en vous a mis au 6 étage calme vue sur tous Paris ,je tiens a vous vous ne pouvez pas avoir un hôtel a 4 ou 5 étoile au prix de 52 € tous le quartier de la gare du Nord est plein de restaurant , le bruit dans la ville dehors tout a fait normal

The staff were friendly and nice but it’s a shame about the condition our hotel room was in. The floor had a lot of marks on, the shower was very mouldy and very blocked. The sink was also blocked as soon as you turned the tap on. The bathroom smelt of sweat and cigarettes. We got woken up at 9am but hammering and drilling sounds in the next room. Overall, the room felt very dirty. Even the wallpaper had stains on them.

Air conditioning please
The staff were helpful and very friendly. Too hot no air conditioning the room is a bit small for three persons. Very busy street and noise outside are till midnight. If air conditioning fit in will come back because of the helpful staff and very friendly staff.

Good location near metro, lots of construction noisy, no aircon, theres a fan but too noisy, very small elavator can hardly fit inside we only have two carry on and two people ..bed is old and lumpy, so are the pillows, shower is ok.. clean, nothing fancy on this hotel.. good for one night sleep..

There is no lift to the 6th floor of the property. Ihe lift is available only till 5th floor. The lift can carry only one person with luggage. We had to make 5 trips Everytime we go in or out. There is no USB charging available for cell phones.

This property is run down and its physical condition is in a state of disrepair. Our room has moldy smell, dirty carpet and leaking shower. It needs paint. Hallway is dark and staff who is English speaking only is available in the night. I left after one day. I am seeking a refund for the two days that we paid. O am deeply concerned about the mold and the health risk involved. They moved me to another room with the sane issue.

Bed bugs, dirty and old. Do not stay at this hotel! On day two of our stay we found a bed bug crawling across the bed! We caught it in a plastic cup from the bathroom and brought it to the reception, very grossed out. We were moved to another, tiny room for the night, but there is a good chance that our luggage has bed bugs or bed bug eggs on it. The next day we were moved again to a bigger room. When I asked for a partial or full refund, because we now need to fumigate or treat our suitcases, clothes and other items, I had a very unfriendly receptionist tell me “No, why would we do that?” When I inquired about this via Expedia message to the hotel, they accused me of “misleading” them about the bed bugs, and that according to them there were none! Strange, when I caught a live bug in their room AND they fumigated the room we caught it in. We noticed the strong chemical smell the next day, when walking by the floor and door of our previous room, as well as towels draped around the door of that room. This is hands down my worst experience in any hotel. And here are other points to consider: - carpets and furniture is dirty and old, out of the 1970’s - the shower doesn’t drain properly, black mold at the bathroom ceiling - unfriendly receptionists - no air conditioner, very hot and stuffy in Summer - very dirty and loud neighbourhood, does not feel safe. Awful experience!!!!!

Great location right next to Gare du Nord. Within walking distance of Sacre Coeur. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and was willing to hold my bags before/after check in but before my train, allowing me to explore the city. Would definitely go back.

The room was clean and almost comfortable, especially for their price range (by the way, I didn't know that on the hotel site the price was even more affordable). But their walls are not soundproof, and you can hear every word said in the corridor and child crying in the next door room. Something was wrong with the electricity for several hours. Plus, and this is the worst part, the surroundings are absolutely unacceptable. This is the North Train Station area, full of dirt of any kind. On the bright side, hotel receptionists were friendly and helpful.

bad Neighborhood
Neighborhood is so bad and it is not a safe environment. People in groups are smoking near the entrance of the hotel and there are a lot of people on the Pavement/Foot path. It is not friendly environment and we did not feel safe. + No Air Condition + Small Elevator only two small people can fit in with out any luggage + Other floors are in dark and I did not see any other guests + WiFi is spotty and did not work It is very convenient to NORD Train station and that was the reason we preferred this but I would not go there again.

Basic hotel next to Gare du Nord
Hotel 2 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. Property is pretty run down, similar to other hotels in the area. Very simple hotel, basic furniture, basic toiletries, small TV on the wall. Staff was reasonably helpful. We don’t have breakfast but from what we have seen passing through the kitchen our our way out it is very standard continent breakfast. Overall it was ok to sleep there for a night as our Eurostar was early in the morning, it’s not really a hotel where I would stay on my holidays.

Disgusting with dirt and bad smells - Avoid
Friendly staff and free Wi-fi in the room - the good points end there. •The room was filthy with mould and black build up of dirt everywhere. • Bed was broken and sloped in the middle •Hotel smells awful throughout. A strange sweaty odour which is always there •shower and bathroom is barely big enough for one person, not to mention again, needing a massive clean. All in all, maybe my worst ever hotel experience. To add to this, it’s in an areas where you have people outside the hotel selling fake cigarettes and other illicit goods. Would not recommend.

Decent, slightly overpriced
Hotel had very comfortable beds with a great little balcony, a view to remember of the Eiffel Tower from the sixth floor. Shower was clean but water pressure was awful, barely any running at all. Overall great for a cheap and short stay- included hangers and clothing rail. No fridge or kettle in room sadly but safes are provided on request. Convenient system with room keys- when you leave during day you leave key in lobby then collect when return to ensure you do don’t have to worry about losing it.

Bonjour Nous ne comprenons pas des clients comme vous . Nos chambres sont très propre linges changer tous les jours Vous avez surement réservé une chambre single qui est petite mais avec tous le confort . Avec le prix que vous avez réglé ! Si vous voulez un Palace , ce n'est pas le même prix . Vous dite HORRIBLE il ne fallait rester .

Perfect place at a very convenient location.
Excellent location since its right at the Gare du nord station. All kinds of restaurants within 2 min. walk. Nice clean room with good heater and hot water. Bed is made up everyday and rooms cleaned. Perfect for a short stay.

Awful avoid like the plague
No running hot water, dirty bathroom including loose toilet seat. Radiators didn’t work so freezing cold. Rude and arrogant guy at the reception on check in. Very basic accommodation that I would avoid in future. Don’t even know why this hotel is on hotels.com. Take a look at Trustpilot 45% awful rating etc.
