“What a lucky choice for me!”

I loved my 3-day stay in La Maison Montparnasse. The beauty and convenience of the neighborhood are outstanding, and the charming little hotel is clean and efficient in every way. The staff members were very helpful to me in special ways, and internet access is free on the computer in the small lobby. I found myself located in a neighborhood full of wonderful restaurants, pastry shops, fruit/vegetable markets, and two nearby Metro stations. It was all very easy to get around once I arrived and became acquainted with the neighborhood, and the staff of La Maison were always there to answer questions and give directions when needed. Their breakfast patio is beautiful; I would recommend having your breakfast there because their coffee is good and the foods offered are freshly prepared. My next visit to Paris will most certainly include reservations for this hotel as my #1 choice!

Very well located hotel with lots of shops, cafes and bars close by. Metor line links into central Paris were very good. The hotel itself was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful.Excellent recommendations for local restaurants given. We would definitealy use it again.

Other reviews mentioned the small rooms so I was mentally prepared but pleasantly surprised when my small double was bigger than I thought. (Although the lift has got to be the smallest lift I've ever been in!) The hotel was clean, bright and cheery. Close to the metro station and well located for getting around Paris. Needing a afternoon nap, it was the kind of place I looked forward to going back to. In addition, it was great and easy being able to borrow a (staff member's!) iphone charger. This 2 star hotel certainly rated over the 3.5 star hotel I stayed in in SIngapore a week later.

“Very nice little hotel”

NIce clean hotel. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to 2 Metro stations, shops and restaurants, The hotel is renovated. We liked the bright, colorful design a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are tiny but nice. The elevator as well. Steep stairs, Not suitable for fat persons though..... Very good breakfast, and nice patio for sunny days. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is exactly as it stated on its web page. They want to make your stay a pleasure experience. The owners are very kind, great english. No problem to help you with planning the trips. The room was very nice, clean, with a great view in the courtyard. Indeed it was very tiny but more than okay for the price. I would definitely recommend it to everybody.

Great Little hotel ...a real Pearl in Paris. Very comfortable rooms, great owners, great breakfast. We are used to travel quite a lot with my college and for the first time we had a house in Paris. This is also very good for business travellers as the hotel as a private room very cosy and quiet where we can work in. Highly recommended!

Très bon accueil; gens souriants, disponibles, à l'écoute. Décors design, propre, original. Chambres confortables. Pas de bruit de la rue. Petits déjeuners sublimes. Les revues et journaux sont un plus aussi. Nous y retournerons et conseillons cette adresse.

“Charming small hotel, well located”

I was very happy with my stay here. It was very cute, clean and close to the Pernety metro stop (line 13). The staff were very helpful, loaning me adapters for my chargers and recommending restaurants nearby. Most spoke English well. The neighborhood is more residential than touristy and had a good boulangerie, fromagerie and multiple options for dining at night. I was there with my 8 and 11 year old and felt safe walking around at night. The rates were quite reasonable. There was a bit of street noise so next time I would request a room in the back, but would not hesitate to stay here again.
