“Amazing location”
This is a fabulous hotel. Located at a 5 minutes walk to the Opera and 10 minutes from the Louvre. There are 3 metro stations within 5 minutes and a plentitude of restaurants are located nearby. The beds were comfortable enough and the room was spaceous compared to usual European hotels. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. I have zero complaints!

Very friendly staff made us most welcome. Great location between Opera and the Louvre so convenient for a long weekend. Near a couple of really nice restaurants. Rooms were small but comfortable and functional.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, about a 5 minute walk to the Louvre. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
“A nice place to stay in Paris”
My wife and I are glad we found and chose to stay at this nice hotel. It is conviently located in the center of Paris, very close to the Opera, steps from a Metro station, and on a quaint little street in a very quiet neighborhood. The staff was pleasant, friendly, courteous and so helpful. We will recommend Le Louvre Marsollier Hotel to friends and family.
“Night front desk staff incompetent”
The night desk is poorly manned. Hotel advertises availability of 24 hour room service. When asked for our options, the Frenchman on night duty was unable to find menues from external restaurants in his bureau, was unable to locate a possible 24 hour restaurant on the Internet and dismissed out inquiry with, "room service, no more." Monoprix was still open so I was able to buy salads and fruit, etc there. However, the 24 hour room service claim is posted on the Internet, in the elevator, and in the hotel guide book in the rooms which directs customers to contact the front desk - which proved ignorant in the extreme, unhelpful, and willing to casually to just dismiss the idea that the advertised claim has any validity in fact. Reasonably priced in a good location, the hotel has positives but the night staff needs to be trained in both its capability and in the notion of customer service.
