“Great find in 1st Arr.”

I have stayed in hotels in Paris several times, and usually have been disappointed. This hotel was a great surprise. The hotel is very well maintained and staff is superb. The location is excellent and my room was extremely quiet and sizeable. Bathroom was modern and clean. Staff twice helped me call my airport car service to confirm my reservations when I couldn't get through on my cellphone, and made sure I would have transportation during the transit workers' strike. I would definitely stay there again!

“A great little hotel !”

We stayed a L'Empire Paris with friends for 3 nights in early November 2007. We had a great stay. The hotel is clean and modern the staff were very helpful and were for the most part English speaking. The location great for the Louvre and there are many restuarants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance. We felt safe when venturing out of the hotel at all times. We would definately go back.

“Amazing”

Great Place. Right from the beggining the staff was super friendly and helpfull. Pointing out areas on a map to showing us our room. The room is fairly small but very nice. Nice comfy big bed and everything was great in the room. Location is good walking distance from almost everything, except the eiffel tower which is a 45 minute walk. But hey its paris you have to walk to experince it the right way!

“Great Hotel, Great Location”

This is an excellent 4 star hotel. Rooms are CLEAN!!, very important in Paris since most hotels are old. This hotel just went under a complete renovation so the rooms are new. Hotel is just three blocks from the Louvre which is also great. All major monuments and things to see are close from the Hotel. Cityrama is within a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel if you are going to plan tours with them. Overall great hotel and great service.

“Excellent!”

One young lady in particular was very helpful in getting us to our reserved show for the evening on two occasions. We appreciated her very much. All the staff was very friendly, and were always willing to help if they could. The room was excellent. We'd stay here again and will recommend it to others.

Beautiful hotel, good location a block away from the louvre, but stay away from the overpriced buffet breakfast.

“This Hotel may give Paris' Hotels a Good Reputation”

After reading so many negative reviews on Paris' hotels, I was fearing the worst. I found this great little hotel on Expedia. The location is about 3-4 blocks from the Louvre and about the same distance to Notre Dame. Thus you are in the heart of the tourist sites. The staff was very friendly and either spoke very good English or spoke minimal English with a smile. We had a mid-size room which was very spacious and up to date. The hotel has only been open about 9 months, but it is well worth a try. I just hope after the word gets out, they can find a room for me when I want to go back.
