Tired and not very welcoming

Pros: Shuttle service good, comfortable bed.
Cons: Most of all the quality of staff and service
The hotel seemed very tired, especially the corridors. Desk staff were welcoming but slow, whilst the bar staff were terrible - very poor slow service and then forgot my order until reminded. If staying overnight at GdG again, I would choose another hotel.

Quality hotel very close to airport and villepinte

Excellent stay in this hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights for an exhibition at the villepinte expo centre. Very close to expo centre and also the airport. Food was really good but a bit pricey.

Too Hot

This hotel is great, and I have stayed several times. The only fault is the heat in the rooms. Aircon cannot be changed, and does not go low enough. Windows don't open - so rooms are airless and uncomfortable. I may have to find another hotel to use, as my last stay was very the worst so far.

Excellent Airport Hotel

The room had been recently renovated. Everything was very fresh and clean. Sometimes European hotels are very generous with their star ratings, the Hyatt was better than most four star hotels that I have stayed in. I give it 4.75 stars. The airport shuttle worked great. I only have two minor complaints. The light bulbs in the room were of the 25 watt variety, and the room was very dark. The shower had one of those short glass panels which made it impossible to keep water off the floor. Other than that, it was a great hotel, and I would definitely use it again.

When we arrived at our room, there were about 8-10 empty water bottles of various sizes lined up in rows to the left of the door. Upon entering our room, there was another one at the end of one bed. And the cheapest breakfast option, the cold buffet, is 17Euros. There ought to be a quicker and cheaper option.

Usual Hyatt standards.

The hotel is up to the usual Hyatt standards. It is clean with attentive staff, but services such as the restaurant and bar are expensive. Located under the flight path at Charles De Gaulle there is a good chance of hearing aircraft on approach, even through the double glazed windows.
