“The BEST airport hotel I have ever seen”

“Paris Best close to airport”

Excellent hotel, close to airport and excellent free shuttle back and forth, you can take the train to Paris for only 8 euros, clean, nice, excellent service from the employees.

Fantastic luxury and comfort for the price. The draw back is that it is at the airport but when you have a business lay over in Paris it is an awsome selection. I felt like a king for a night!

“Good hotel with a few quirks”

Excellent hotel in the airport vicinity. Clean. Friendly staff (uncommon for Paris). Nice decor. Good food (though pricy). Two things which annoy me: - no coffee-making facility (at least in the standard that I had) - having to pay for Internet when WiFi is available free of charge in so many other facilities.

“Amazing hotel”

Great hotel for a relaxing layover. Excellent room service, and wonderful service from the staff from the moment you enter the hotel, to the moment you step outside the entrance. I had a problem with my credit card, and the staff were so helpful!! Thank you so much hyatt..one of my favorite hotel chains !!! As well, the hotel itself is very nice, along with the rooms...one of the best beds I've ever slept on!!

“Prepare to open your wallet!”

Paris in general, including this hotel, in VERY EXPENSIVE. In the hotel lobby/bar, we split one hamberger and fries, plus had 3 beer. Our bill came to over 50Euros, which is in excess of $75Cdn. The rest of Paris is similar, so expect to pay the high prices. The hotel was rated well at 4 stars. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the first king bed that wasn't two twins put together in all of our 3 weeks of travel. Communicating with front desk staff was somewhat difficult as we were told there was a bus shuttle into Paris on Sundays, but there isn't. Wasted 2 hours when we could have taken the RER and been into Paris earlier. Despite being in the airlines flight path, noise did not distrub you. Sound proofed well in the rooms and great convenience to airport for early morning flights.

“Good airport hotel choice”

The hotel's spacious atrium and excellent air-conditioning were most welcome during a European heat wave. The room was also spacious, in very good condition and clean, with comfortable king-sized bed and linen. While next to the airport, there were no airport sounds in the room. Bathrobes and toiletries were provided, but not slippers. Parking was very convenient and in our case at no extra charge. Restaurant food was acceptable although expensive for what it was; service was satisfactory and staff were very polite. Nevertheless, if staying at the hotel before an airport departure, we recommend eating at the hotel rather than at the CDG airport (food at terminal F is basically vending machine type wrapped sandwiches and the like in cramped spaces, with high prices charged the captive travelers).

first time in my life a hotel (expensive,5 stars)they dont offer coffee in the room they said its not a part of the service ,and if i want i have to pay for it ,no iron and iron board in the room . i dont recommend this hotel at all, i wasn't satisfied i regret that i paid my money to that hotel a big name like hyatt should offer better service .
