Tired and not very welcoming

Pros: Shuttle service good, comfortable bed.
Cons: Most of all the quality of staff and service
The hotel seemed very tired, especially the corridors. Desk staff were welcoming but slow, whilst the bar staff were terrible - very poor slow service and then forgot my order until reminded. If staying overnight at GdG again, I would choose another hotel.

The hotel is up to the usual Hyatt standards. It is clean with attentive staff, but services such as the restaurant and bar are expensive. Located under the flight path at Charles De Gaulle there is a good chance of hearing aircraft on approach, even through the double glazed windows.

Excellent hotel close to Charles de Gaulle airport

Pros: Quiet, I haven't heard any of the frequent airplane traffic above my head...nice...I enjoyed the most the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Economy Internet (9 euros/day) is really bad, you get disconnected often; I though this should be free and a higher-end version perhaps, charged.
Location: It's an airport hotel so there is not much to do nearby; shuttle gets you to the airport, train station and bus station (within 10-15 min).
I have traveled for a conference and first time in Paris so I have chosen a hotel close to the airport to be able to get on any bus/train to Villepinte (conference site) or to Paris. The Hyatt has a shuttle bus that is always in time and gets you to all airport terminals, bus station and train station. The concierge personnel is very knowledgeable and I got anywhere I needed following their directions. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant and offers a buffet which is reasonably priced (for Paris) and the food is beyond expectations! I went there for my dinner three times, the menu differed from day to day, all excellent food and a large variety of deserts, very special-highly recommended!

Airport stay over

Pros: The spa area with gymnasium, deep pool, jacuzzi and sauna to use was a good place to ease tension, stress and just relax.
Cons: Staff didn't quite live up to expectations. Parts of room service order were forgotten - thrice.. No water in the cooler in the very hot gym area!
Location: Close to Charles de Gaulle airport - 10 minutes by direct shuttle, 25 when terminals 1 and 2 done at the same time.
Very good but not excellent. Not coffee and tea making facilities in the room and expensive at 6 euros for a tea. Room service breakfast very poor quality for 22 euros. Staff didn't remember the requests. No attendant anywhere in pool or gym area. This is not good.
