“Perfect jumping off point for the Marais and the city beyond.”

Relatively quiet location down a side street but within easy walking distance to much of the best the Marais has to offer. Front desk was helpful with storing luggage and guidance on what local eateries might be appropriate for a 10 yr old. Nearby St. Paul and Bastille Metro stops have great links to pretty much everywhere in the city. Also, area around Sully-Moreland is a great jumping off point to walking or boating along the river. Hotel Saint Louis Marais is by no means in the throbbing center Marais nightlife but it's just a short walk from it and which means you can keep the windows open at night and still get a good night's sleep.

“Good location, bad condition”

This hotel has a ton of deferred maintenance that the owner has put off but must address in the near future. Portion of ceilings are collapsing, shower curtains are missing, light bulbs are missing, mold is present in the shower area, gouges in walls, peeling paint, etc. The owner needs to stop milking the place and reinvest his proceeds back into it.
