“Calme et sérennité”
Très bon niveau de prestations Confort et calme Salle de bains parfaite Chambre un peu petite
“Terrific service”
First off, one of the most important things when traveling to a city like Paris is the comfort of the bed. You will spend most of your time away from the hotel exploring the city so being able to come back to a decent size and very comfortable bed is important so you can do it all again the next day. The comfort of the room was terrific and the customer service from the staff was great. For those that want to be a block or two at most from a Metro station will be disappointed since it is a bit of a walk but since you are going to be doing that a lot it really isn't that bad. The neighborhood is very nice and there are several restaurants/cafes nearby. There is also a boulangerie just up the street that is amazing - I will update this review later with the name.
“The people make the difference”
This is a wonderful little gem of a hotel that is very reasonably priced by Paris standards. It is all that you would expect and then some. The standout feature is the staff. The are all beyond courteous and helpful; they are incredibly kind and welcoming! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a hotel that feels like a home away from home
“Agree with the majority view”
When booking my trip on Expedia, I chose this hotel on the strength of the positive reviews left by previous visitors. I was not disappointed. The hotel is well-located, the rooms were clean and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and am happy to recommend this hotel to others.
“Really great stay”
This hotel was really comfortable. staff very fiendly and extremely helpful. We booked our tickets to Moulin Rouge with them and the receptionist researched the menu options and printed them out in English. Pool was small but very nicely planned and lovely for a quiet morning dip! Room again small but very clean. Not far to walk to Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysee
“Hidden Gem”
It took the airport cab driver a while to find because of the street grid and his lack of familiarity with the area but it was well worth the extra few twists and turns. actually, it was well ocated a few blocks from the Arc and near two Metro stations. It is definitely a "keeper' for me and my family. It would work well for a business traveler too.
“bonne situation géographique”
hotel de tres bonne qualité, avec un excellent accueil, tres belles prestations tel le spa et les massages, belle chambre et tres jolie salle du petit déjeuner , nous vous recommandons cet hotel à 2 pas de l'arc de triomphe dans une rue calme
“Good out of the way Hotel”
Very comfortable modern style hotel. Most staff spoke fairly good English. Only 15 min walk to Metro which is by far the easiest and cheapest form of travel. Only downside is the alleged swimming pool which is more akin to a bath and the rooms are compact, although very comfortable and clean.
“It doesn't have a kettle!!”
This hotel was very very good (except for the lack of a kettle - although few of the Paris hotels seem to!) The beds were by far the comfiest I have found in the many hotels I have stayed in and the staff were welcoming and very very friendly. The welcome received at the end of a busy day touristing was excellent. The pool etc was closed for refurbishment which we were unaware of so be sure to check before hand if this is important to you. Not the quietest of areas to stay but to be expected in a city hotel. Excellent cafes and restaurants close by and a nice stroll from the heart of the city. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Although the blurb gives 3 stations close by, the closest RER and Metro station are at Periere. Etoile is actually quite far, especially after a long days tourist walking!!
“Will certainly return to this hotel.”
There were eight in our party. We were all very impressed with the hotel but the best thing was the staff who were all really very good, pleasant, helpful and it was service with a smile. Customer service was exceptional. When we return to Paris we will stay at this hotel again.
