“Great staff, great location, great croissants”

Lovely boutique hotel 1 block from Champs-Elysees, and the Arc de Triomphe. Stately room with beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just up the block is the PublicsDrugstore...not your average drugstore... features a deli, bar, brassiere, L' Atelier Etoile De Joel Robuchon upscale dining, bookstore, cosmetics, wine, gourmet foods and more. Stroll a few blocks down the Champs-Elysees to taste the incredible macarons at Laduree. Great stay, would highly recommend it.

“not impressed”

The location was excellent. The hotel service was OK, but the rooms are not as fancy as ecpected, the elevator was too old to operate promptly. The breakfast buffet was just tolerable. Overall, I would not recomment this hotel considering its high price level.
