“We are staying again in 2006”

We come to Paris twice a year (May and Oct) We have stayed at grander and lesser hotels but this is the BEST yet. Fabulous location, friendly staff and very nice accomodations. We stayed next door at the Hotel Moderne St. Germain once but the rooms at the Sully St. Germain are bigger. This our place of choice for future trips to Paris......and there will be many!

“Will Definitely Go Back!”

Only stayed for two nights on an excursion from London, but we were very pleased with the Sully Saint Germain. Great location right in the Latin Quarter, and perfect starting place for exploring Paris. Unfortunately, we didn't use any of the hotels services, but there are plenty of cafe's and restaurants within steps of the hotel. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

“Perfect Location”

I've been to Paris several times before. This Hotel is very nice for the cost, has a killer location and has elevators which the information says it doesn't. The elevator in the left apartment building is very small, but there is one. The staff is extremely nice and will help you out with anything.

“Friendliest, nicest staff”

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Any request was met with smiles, success and/or suggestions! We found "our own bakery" in the neighborhood with close metro access. We would definitely go back.

“Great location-Great service!”

All areas of the hotel are in "sync" with the deco of the nearby Cluny Museum! Location is unbeatable. Metro stop is just down the street one block. It is surrounded by excellent dining spots. Staff really watches out for you and seeks to serve. AC is excellent as well. Although the rooms are not huge, they are really well down with "castle walls and tapestries." Very attractive rooms, with silk wall dressing.

“Lovely place to stay!”

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sully Saint Germain in Paris, France. The room was lovely and charming. Very "snug" feeling. The brick walls were a pleasant touch that made us feel like we were in a castle! I truly felt like a princess! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Would definately stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

“Wonderful Area to Stay In Paris”

We loved the area that this hotel was located. The metro is about a block and a half away, and there are plenty of great cafes, bistros, and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. There are plenty of shops located nearby, as well as the post office right down at the end of the street. Be sure to visit the market at Maubert right next to the metro stop. Each time it opens it has something different, scarves, jewelry, usually lots of different types of food, and on Sunday a book market. This place is a five minute walk from Notre Dame and the River Seine. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was small, but clean, a fully functional bathroom, and the fifth floor balcony view was wonderful. The soundproofing of the balcony doors was excellent, so if you are a light sleeper you can close the doors when you want to sleep and the sounds disappear. There are some very nice, inexpensive restaurants, right off of Saint Michel in La Sorbonne Square, that had good food at very reasonable prices. The restaurants right near the hotel were very good as well. We went to the bistro L'Authre a number of times for a quick bite or a nightcap. It is open almost all day long. A good place to stop for a takeaway coffee or hot chocolate. I would definitely come back here for another visit! Enjoy the atmosphere, it is wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.
