Walkable 5th arrondisement hotel with quick access to Port Royal, blvd St. Michel and rue Mouffetard. Easy bus and metro access. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room and bathroom were clean and crisp sheets which was excellent. The cabinet door to the refrigerator in room 304 came off and my husband put it back on before we left. Also the rug in the room needs a good cleaning. Unfortunately. I am a stickler for clean rugs and it creeps me out when I know I could transfer lint or dirt into the sheets. Concieges were very informative and professional.

The hotel Serotel Lutece was excellent, the manager and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The accommodation is excellent and they have a lovely courtyard garden to the rear of the hotel in which to relax after a hard days shopping. It’s in a good spot on the left bank close to the Pantheon and Luxembourg gardens and good access to the Metro and local bus.

Hotels in a good location to the train and other restaurants. Old building so you can hear people walking up and its quite small. But overall it is a amazing hotel, it has old school Parisian vibes.

Great stay
We had a great stay! The hotel manager was so helpful and kind and the room was nice! There were a couple things that could use an upgrade, like a missing glass shower door and a couple of stains on the carpet. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

Hidden gem in the 5th. Lovely lobby and courtyard with welcoming, friendly & helpful staff. Rooms are updated, and are the typical Parisienne size. Breakfast in the cave was fantastic. Will be back!

A comfortable experience
The location is great with plenty of nice local restaurants and cafés nearby. The subway and bus stops are easy to take from here. We literally walked 1 minute after taking the metro and bus from CDG. The hotel is small given the historical neighborhood character but comfortable. A plus was that if available the hotel extends a courtesy early check in! We were able to nap and enjoy Paris on Day one. The staff was courteous and the property was kept very clean.

Poor service with front desk that tries to cheat me by first asking me to pay during check out when i have prepaid, also asks me to pay for water when it is complementary. No service at all when front desk says come down and get your towel yourself

Good location, rue mouffetard is about a 7 minute walk. The hotel is very nice, clean, the beds are comfortable, spacious room , great view. The staff is communicative , friendly, attentive. I tried their breakfast on my last day, their dining room is nicely set up, I enjoyed it. I had a pleasant stay.

Great location! Everyone is very polite and accommodating. Our rooms are big and has a great view to the courtyard where you can have coffee or tea. They have a wine machine. The shower pressure and temperature is very good. Close to Mouffertard and synagogues. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. I would recommend!

Wonderful boutique hotel
Absolutely loved this hotel! Wonderful boutique feel with all the comfort you could ask for. I highly recommend doing the wine tasting of wines from the region — I learned a lot about Bordeaux wines. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location is ideal.
