Its a budget stay which didn’t look as advertised. The room was smaller than expected and the staff was not friendly. Its not on a prime location so i expected much more with respect to quality of room.

Bad Service, Disgusting Room And Not Worth Money!
If you are going to spend $150 you would expect somewhat nice place. During booking the place it say's the check in at 2 pm and we arrived after 3. When we arrived at the reception the guy didn't even look up for like 20 - 25 mins and was talking to someone without even telling us to wait or anything. We had just wait for him to end his conversation before we can talk to him. Once he was done he didn't even tried to apologize for making us wait. We finally got our keys after about 40 mins after arrival. By then it was very close to 4 we come in to the room and the room was still not clean and ready for us. There was dirty trash from the previous person who had stated there. The building was under construction, so there was a lot dirt that we were breathing in. We had to wait another 30 mins for the cleaning lady to come and clean the room. When tried taking shower, the shower was broken. Called reception he said, "we will sent someone when we can" We asked how long before you guys can fix this since we needed to shower and get out he response was "I don't, my worker will get there when he can." The room smelled bad and we couldn't open the window because it was facing another building and right outside of the window there was a lot of trash. The room is so small that one person can barely fit in it. The closet didn't have door. There was no AC etc. Had to pay 15 euro for wifi. I can go on an on about how bad this place was. Don't stay here b/c they lie in the website.

Cheap but not good
We came here for business, the hotel room is very small. The receptionist was not welcoming. The towels were dirty, we needed to buy new towels. Their shower is so small that even Asian size could barely fit in, wonder if big size Guest could fit in.

Visit to Paris
The receptionist was quite rude on our arrival. To gain access to the Hotel we had to press a buzzer and await the arrival of a receptionist from the Hotel across the road. She did not explain what facilities there were and if we could have had breakfast at the Hotel. The location was good and the restaurants in the vicinity were good.

Hotel Printania Porte De Versa
Hi i am travelling in various country and am used to basic standard hotel when needed. When you pay more than 110 euro a night, you can except that teh room is warm and clean. this was a sad dirty hotel, stain on walls, cold rooms, (i change once), that could be ok if you pay 40 euros, you get what you pay for but more than 110 is a scam. NOT RECOMMENDED and they should stop be in business.

wi-fi shows complimentary when i was resrervating. but when i came to the hotel i have to pay 8 euro for 3 hours.

It was OK but it felt like student accommodation. Our room was small, shower cubicle, no bath/ The throw was tatty and there were 2 more in the open shelf unit which had a bar from it to the wall for a wardrobe. No kettle, no air con and it was hot that weekend! The street was very noisy but we had to keep the windows open. However, it was well situated for the con we attended but was more expensive that the better Hotel Chamonix which we stayed in last April while visiting for another con. Overall, not somewhere I'd hurry back too

It was nice to be able to spend time freely with an auto-key. The staff at the hotel across the street was friendly and helpful. This is one of the inexpensive hotels to stay in Paris.

Peut nettement mieux faire
Accueil pas dynamique et de l'autre côté de la rue. Chambre bruyante de façon interne ( très fort bruit en continu de la clim ou d'un moteur, gouttière percée contre la fenêtre (goutte à goutte lancinant. Téléviseur en décalage (torticolis). Déjeuner trop tard pour horaire du train. Par contre propreté de la salle d'eau très bien sauf flexible de la douche percé , presque coupé.

HORRIBLE!! Chambre minuscule, pas de climatisation, parking à 29€ la nuit, volet en ruine, une seule prise électrique qui marche!!!! 2 choses biens : le Mr qui nous a accueillie le soir très serviable et c'était propre. Il y a aussi un ventilateur! Le quartier est très bien et les restaurant sont bons!

Chambre qui sentait la cigarette, un ventilateur que je n’ai pas osé touché tellement il y avait de la poussière dessus, un accueil non sympathique, on ne nous a même pas proposé le petit déjeuner… Nous étions deux et nous n’avions qu’une serviette.. Mis à part cela, la literie était correct. Bref je ne reviendrais pas..

Accueil ça peut passer, l’état de la chambre horrible papier peint sur le mur très sale , salle de bain dégoûtant avec de la moisissures sur le plafond, calcaire sur la fenêtre dans le trou du lavabo un bouchon de boîte de lentilles……. Je regrette d’avoir payé 76,56 et en plus quand vous arrivez on vous fait payer une taxe.
