The stuff of the hotel are friendly, helpful. There is Metro in front of the hotel. Nice shops and restaurants surrounding.

I stayed here for 4 nights. It’s a very lovely and charming hotel. The staff are warm and wonderful. The only thing I would have liked is a full size wardrobe to hang my clothes (there was a half length one ) but that’s the only thing I would have changed. Very well located right on the metro line. Will stay here again!

Hotel is in the middle of Paris, directly in the heart of the Arts District and easily walkable to the LGBT district. Rooms were well designed and unique, with excellent views. Some staining on the furniture, clearly old but had been treated. Staff was hugely welcoming, and had excellent recommendations.

We loved our stay in this hotel! Maica and everyone at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, courteous and gave us 5-star service. Room was perfrct for us, clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, so close to everything! Will definitely stay again next time we visit Paris!!

Quaint property! Rooms are on the small side but well appointed! We had asked for a room with lift access only which we were given! Other rooms would have stairs to navigate so bear this in mind! Staff were excellent & very helpful with any queries we had! Located in a beautiful area to wander around in!

Unique property, in excellent location. Each room is different, but ours was a pretty generous size, especially for Paris. The hotel is perfectly walkable to every bit of Le Marais, the Jewish Quarter, and surrounding area.There is a metro stop in front of the hotel, but we never used it because there were so many things we wanted to do within walking distance. The hotel staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. We had a small glitch with the hot water on the first day and let them know- they fixed it immediately and all was perfect after that. It was nice to have a gorgeous claw-footed tub to soak in at the end of the day. If you get a room in the front of the hotel, you might get a little street noise from the bar/restaurant below. It was not enough to bother us at all. Highly recommend this property.

The room was a bit different with no visual barrier between the shower and the room, but after the first day it wasn’t even a concern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. Plus the neighborhood was amazing!

Wonderful location
Perfect location, quirky and great service. I would consider this more of a ‘romance’ hotel even though 3 of us were comfortable in our room. Seperate toilet (closed door) but a bathroom with bath style - shower that only had a curtain for privacy.

I really wanted to like this hotel but I am an extremely deep sleeper and the broken A/C unit was able to keep me up all night with clanking and banging. The hotel told me they are aware of the issue but sadly this impacted my trip and quiet rooms for sleeping are a core necessity of hotels. Besides that very friendly staff, cleaning services, little espresso machine in the room, and nice bathroom. Please fix the A/C so that people can sleep.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a small hotel so they don’t have may amenities to offer but the service and staff more than make up for that. This rooms a spacious by Paris standards, the ac works well and housekeeping keeps the rooms very clean. The hotel has a rustic charm and the beds were very comfortable! The neighborhood is amazing with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s located right near the train and Place de Bastille! Breakfast was great and was served our room before we left for our excursions. Awesome work!

The property was just updated 3 years ago and it is meticulous! The bathroom is beautiful and has a modern walk in shower ( hand held or rain shower head). As an extra perk, they had bathrobes to use. The room itself was small but cleverly designed with a round bed to give more available walking space in the room. It did not feel smaller than a regular Queen sized bed. The room was decorated with heavy drapes that did not have a speck of dust on them! The check in was very easy and everyone who assisted us at the front desk spoke English well and was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! We exited the Tube and it was right there! The Jewish quarter by Rue de Rosiers was just blocks away with amazing eating places (crepes, pastries and falafels were some of our favorites). It is within walking distance to Notre Dame and to a few other museums.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the parisian feel and the historic building. Perfect location. Would definitely recommend.

Sadly the hotel closed after the first night under state measures and Guests were forced (politely) to pack up and leave. Hotel will be closed until may. Travel plans had to be rearranged. I would like to stay again. Lovely hotel. Hope Hotel.com can help. I also have a paid for reservation for 2 rooms in later March which could be transferred to June or whenever Paris is open again.

Great Stay
We had a great stay. The room was very nice - beds extremely comfortable. The staff were great regarding helping me arrange my train travel to Barcelona. There is a metro stop literally right outside the front door of the hotel - as well as a taxi stand. Right down the road there is a SNCF ticket station as well - which was so convenient to book out further travel. Cafes right outside the hotel as well. Very happy with our stay.

Great location
A little difficult to find but amazing location. Room was clean and aircon was good which was needed during the heatwave. Bath could of had a shower stand or a head from the ceiling, but other than that, we had no complaints.

Friendly and accommodating staff, room facilities were good with a comfortable bed and nice room decor. The location of the hotel was sensational right across the road from the Metro, and surrounded by some great little cafe's and pastry shops.

As with most Hotels in Paris, it was tight and small. This is to be expected, especially for the price. However, even taking this into consideration, the halls, rooms and entrance to the hotel were SUPER tight and awkwardly laid out by any standard. Some stairs are ladder steep & kind of treacherous. Shower did not drain fast, so shower time was limited to 2 min. max. Room window was facing a small courtyard so natural light was minimal, view was 0. The staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Neighborhood is central & good location. Wifi worked great.

Great property, veryFrench, great location! We where stung a little when we organized a transfer through the hotel to Orly airport on the advice of the hotel cost us double what it should, next time I’ll use Uber they are everywhere and cheaper but apart from that excellent hotel!

However, we have to clarify the parking issue, as it is your main complain. We never said we had our own private parking, on Expedia or on our confirmation sent. We even sent you the address of a closed paying public car park near by. Despite this, you refused to check in because of this parking issue, being rude with our colleague, and left without staying the night. We feel sorry for that, but we still believe it is unfair to be judged based on a lack of parking place, and not on what service we could offer as a hotel. Our strong motivation is always to make our guests happy and satisfied during their stay, and we hope you would be able to come back and enjoy a nice stay in one of our rooms. Best regards.

Great find in a quaint neighborhood!
I needed a room for one night prior to meeting my friend in Paris. This was perfect. It is literally next to the Saint Paul station. I arrived prior to check in time and the staff recommended Chez Mademoiselle for lunch which was very good. My room was ready when I returned and my bags had been delivered to my room. The staff was extremely helpful. My room was cozy and eclectic with a view of the carousel below. It was clean, comfortable and quiet despite the fact it is on a fairly busy street. Lots of restaurants, wine/cheese shops and grocery nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely cozy character
This is a boutique type hotel is in an ideal location on one of the main streets in the La Marais neighborhood. Wonderful friendly staff, spoke great English, prompt check in, super comfy bed (I have a bad back), big claw foot tub, window opens onto the lively street below. Delightful carousel can be seen from the window. St. Paul metro stop literally right outside the front door. Charming in every way We stayed in the premiere room, nicely decorated but a tad small w odd daybed type thing taking up space. There is a lift but it stops in the 4th so you will have to take your bags up one flight if you’re on the 5th like us. Would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel très sympathique et atypique. Ma chambre donnait sur la place St Paul et du coup était plutôt bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit. PDJ de très bonne qualité, personnel très attentionné. C'est une bonne expérience.

Atypique et raffiné
On peut facilement rater l'entrée de l'hôtel, ensuite hésiter à rentrer. Une fois à l'intérieur, confort et raffinement. L'accueil est décontracté et sympathique, la propreté irréprochable. Bien que disposant d'une chambre donnant sur le boulevard, l'insonorisation est parfaire. Un hôtel parfait pour qui aime le confort sans le paraitre.
