“Very good position”

I had read reviews on this hotel and I was extremely happy to find that those praising the position were correct, a stop on the metro is just 2 mins walk and you are positioned on a side steet near a lovely small market. We did most of our sight seeing by foot but with the metro so close it would be easy to do so that way especially if you are in more of a rush!

“Not sure if I truly recommend this hotel or not”

The hotel was in a great location and the price we paid was reasonable. Had some issues with the housekeeping though. For example, I ordered room service on the 2nd night I was there and on the 6th night, my plates were still not picked up. Not entirely sure if the towels were changed everyday. There was an issue with my shower leaking and that was kind of a problem. Overall, the location and price made up for the housekeeping. But I would look elsewhere before booking here again. I recommend it for people on business trips that arent spending much time in the hotel room.

“Villiers Paris- Excellent service for a pretty old hotel”

The service was excellent, the people working the reception were exceedingly polite, especially Anna. They really helped me with the tour development, recommending places to visit and helping me make a map that would make it more convenient for me to see places of interest. The heater in the room was broken, and the room itself was pretty small. It's pretty standard for European hotels, so I'm alright with that. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

“Hotel decevant ms recommandable”

Attention cet hotel n'est pas un 3*** tel qu'on peut l'imaginer. Les chambres sont petites, vetustes et le mobilier abime. La chambre que nous occupions ne disposait pas de baignoire mais seulement d'une douche dont la douchette laissait a desirer. Neanmoins, etant donne la location (2mn de la rue Levis, 5mn du metro Villiers) et le tarif tres raisonnable de l'hotel, cela reste une option interessante pour celui qui ne prete pas attention au cadre de son sejour.

“Poor service”

Very low value for money...Situated in a non-navigable alley way...none of the nearby metros had a working escalator!

“Smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in”

We had a over night layover on the way back to the States from Morocco, so we only stayed here one night. Two of us stayed in a room on the 5th floor and once we put out luggage in the room the was no place to walk. The room was so small that the bathroom had a sliding door on it because there was no room for anything else and there was no handle on the inside, so you either had to push on the door and slide it over or have someone on the outside of the bathroom. There were only 4 channels available on television and the romote control didn't work. It wasn't the worst hotel room I've been in. I think it was perfectly fine for one night of needing just a room with a bed in it, but don't expect anything more.

“Not sure what I think--good location but needs updating”

The hotel staff were nice. The room was dark and needed updating. The area is nice--very close to metro. There are many food options near the hotel (but they close early). There is also a grocery store close to the hotel. Location is the best advantage for this hotel. I personally didn't venture out after dark. The hotel is off of a main street and I wasn't sure how well lit the street would be at night.

“Average”

The hotel is conveniently and centrally located in a safe but lively neighborhood. Hotel staff generally friendly and helpful except for a choice few. Rooms are a bit cramped but probably typical of average-priced hotels in Paris.

“Could be better.”

The price is good for few days, the place is calm and easy acess to Paris Metro, less than an hour from Charles de Gaulle, using Roissy Bus and Metro. In my opinion the staff should add more items in breakfast and it´s necessary some improvements in restroom and in the bedrooms features, because these installations have to be renewed.

bien situé mais un peu bruyant du à l'absence de double vitrage. le chauffage ets électrique et nous aurions souhaité des couvertures supplémentaires plutot que de monter le chauffage à fond. les oreillers sont particulièrement de mauvaise qualité.
