“would go back”
The hotel is located close to metro and buses. There is a market close by where you can buy fresh fruits and anything you want. The staff were very, very nice and helpful. Nina, one of the front desk staff were so helpful and give me good directions and informations. Hotel's breakfast buffet were awesome. So many selections! Housekeeping everyday. Clean room, though small bathroom-normal in Paris. I would go back there if given a chance. My husband and I have a really good time.

“Parfait pour un week-end culturel”
Hotel plaisant et bien situé pour un week end culturel. Petit déjeuner copieux et plage horaire très longue. (6h30-10h30)
“Bilan positif”
L’hôtel est bien placé (à deux minutes de la station du métro bonne nouvelle) et l'état des chambres et convenables. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux.
“Decent, but misleading”
Surprised to discover it was actually a Holiday Inn, and in that case it was a bit expensive for that chain, in our opinion. Decently located to the metro, about 2 blocks away, as well as the closest major attactions being the lourve, notre dame and musee d'orsay. The rooms were decent. We had a standard room with 2 beds which apparently equivilates to 2 full-sized beds pushed together. And a bit unsure if there is a cultural gap, but there was only half of a shower door, that covered the end closest the faucet. There were stains on the carpets throughout and the walls were a bit dingy. Confirmed they offered shuttle services to and from the airport, however when reconfirming the day before arrival, they denied they picked up, and dropping off would cost 36€ and was only available at 0745, and our flight wasn't until 11. The breakfast was good, and the staff was pretty helpful. All in all a good place if you're just looking for a place to sleep and shower and not too concerned with the aesthetics.
“Disappointed”
Staff was very helpful and courteous. Was disappointed that this was a Holiday Inn - room upkeep was only fair - rooms needed paint or wallpaper fixed (was peeling off in places) Walls were very thin and ask for a room that is not in the back. Heard all the early (early!!!) deliveries to the hotel, all of the garbage trucks and other trucks.
“Okey except for the temperature”
I liked the hotel. The location was good, close to the subway and in walking distance (maybe thirty minutes) of many sights. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was alright. The breakfast buffé was satisfying. The only thing I didn't like was that the temperature in the hotel, it was very warm so we needed to sleep with the windows open.
“Just adequate”
Poor area convenient for Gare du Nord. Good value but plumbing kept us awake! Could do with complete overhaul.
“Not as good as the pictures”
The staff were relatively helpful but the room size was small and on the stairwell. The room needed painting
