The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was great. But there is not refrigerator in the room. No water kettle to boil water. They don’t give complimentary lotion, cotton buds,toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, shampoo.

Loved this hotel, the staff was awesome and spoke multiple languages as well. The rooms were clean and well furnished.

The front desk staff are the nicest! If you sleep here your bedroom is a good size and the European restaurant nearby is good authentic French cuisine. I highly recommend the lamb. Hotel Palym je taime

The hotel is in a central location , near Gare de Lyon and Le Marais. Walking out, there were special shops which were a bit confronting. The renovation was not a big problem though it looked a bit scary at first. Guests were asked to leave the door swipes every time they left the room which felt strange.

I had a single room with a double bed. Decor was very nice with lots of good lighting. The bathroom was small but clean and had a good mirror. From the moment I arrived all the staff were very polite and kind. They were helpful and made me feel most welcome. The hotel was located near the station, making it safe to stay out late when you are female on your own. Being near a mainline station made travel very easy, and I was able to see so much for a short city break.

Clean but small
Rooms are clean and modern but very small, especially the bathroom which was tiny! Service was OK until my pregnant partner filled her water bottle from the drinking water at breakfast which they were not happy about.

Staff are very helpful, very eco friendly. We loved the shower!!! View from the window is fabulous also. (You see the big clock tower of Gare de Lyon) lots of freat restaurants around the hotel. Grocery store near. We loved this place

Great hotel if you want a convenient location close to many Metro and RER lines. Recently renovated, decent breakfast and very friendly & helpful staff. Very good value for money.

We enjoyed staying at Hotel Palym. The metro station is right across the street which makes it very easy to access all the attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and clean. Only downside was the small washroom. But everything else was great!

Well situated at Gare de Lyon for both train and Metro. Quiet and clean. COVID safe. Newly renovated. Tiny bathrooms were the only negative.

Great location, ok size room, clean and relatively new and decorated but can see some wear and tear. String sewage small from toilet first thing but dissipated after a while. Receptionists behaviour not that friendly but overall good stay

The hotel is close to the train station, which is convenient. The cost for the size of the room was A LOT. Also, I didn't feel totally safe, because it's required that you leave your room key with the receptionist each time you leave the property. This would be a great idea, if your ID was checked, to confirm they are giving the right person the right key. But, they do not check your ID when they give you the key back. NOT SAFE.
