“So charming and convenient....”

Absolutely lovely little hotel. The main concierge was a total joy and very helpful...there was a communication break down with the other 2 guys on the desk...but no big deal. It's located in a charming neighborhood, Saint Germaine, and close to the train. All in all, perfect.

“Pretty good”

We were put in the smallest rooms in the hotel by booking through Expedia. There was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms which was resolved after the second night. The staff was very helpful.

“Nice boutique hotel in great location”

The Odeon Saint Germaine was in a great location. Room was pretty spacious (for Paris). We had a 2 single bed room, and it had a nice size closet and bath. Can't say enough about the location. Great neighborhood- very close to Odeon metro. Walking distance to Notre Dame, The Louvre- very close to the Seine. Did not eat breakfast there, at 14 euro each, it was kind of high. We could walk a block to Starbucks and all the patisseries. The only negative, was more about the guests than the hotel...every night, some loud mouth woke me up. The hotel was small, and our room was at the beginning of the hallway. People were really loud talking while walking to their room.

“Can't wait to go back!”

If you are travelling from the US and your language skills are limited, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is unbeatable. Rooms are on the small side, but I hear that is generally the case in Saint Germain. The hotel staff is great and did I mention that the location is awesome?

“Peaceful Bijoux”

The hotel is nicely decorated, the staff are friendly and helpful, there is a nice relaxed ambience in the evening if you want to take a night cap from the honesty bar at the end of a night. The room we took was bijoux but we had taken one of the standard rooms, having said that it suited us fine for a couple of nights stay;the hotel was quiet too. The hotel had an unusual lay out to it, as there were no corridors and it is as if the rooms are in one of two towers. The hotel is very well located in the 6th Arr. a lovely area with plenty of nice cafes, wine shops, the area has a very arty feel with lots of character and a safe feel to it.

“Great location, compact rooms”

Stayed two nights at this charming boutique hotel handily located in St Germain, practically next door to St Sulpice. Many sights within walking distance and Odeon metro station moments away. Quite expensive but as they have triple rooms I saved on getting two rooms elsewhere - though be warned if you are staying in triple room you had better get on well as they are rather small! Once again on visiting paris my gripe is with the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms!! It seems to be a recurring theme -at a four day stay at the sofitel it took three days to get a kettle! The concierge did offer to have tea and coffee made and brought to my room but at nearly 4 euros a cup I declined. I like to be able to make my own coffee when I wake up and I dont think its an awful lot to ask. On a positive note, the room was very clean, as was the bathroom and stocked with very nice toiletries, the lounge is very cosy, the staff friendly and the location is unbeatable. I would stay here again.... suppose I will have to bring my own kettle though!
