“Exceptional”

The hotel was in the perfect location. Only a block from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee. The metro is also right there and a great way to get round Paris. I would defintely stay at this hotel again. Very friendly and helpful staff.

“Wonderful hotel”

A wonderful small hotel with nearby access to many major attractions. We had an upgraded room with no view but extreme quietness and very good quality bed and bedding. We found the staff very helpful and our lack of English was no problem. We perhapos will never be back in Paris but if we do, we will try to get this hotwl again.

“Terrific Hotel Steps from the Arc of Triomphe”

The location and ambiance of this hotel made it truly a jewel for us. Steps from the bus/metro and a geniune parisian hotel. English speaking staff was helpful. A bit expensive but worth the price in a city where everything is at a high premium. Small room, but safe, comfortable, delightful.

Central location. Very clean and well presented (beds turned down at night with a chocolate on pillow). Staff fairly friedly. Would stay again if we were to return.

“Great Location”

A block from the Arch d'Triumph and the Champs Elysaise (sp) the location was wonderful, with easy access to the metro and public transportation. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was a bit tight, but accecptable. Definately would reccommend.

“Great place to stay in Paris”

Family vacation in Paris for a week, Great location, great service "very friendly", we stayed in the Deluxe room, and a standard room. I recommend the Deluxe room, we had a great view from the small balcony. I would stay there again

“Location and Quality”

I picked the hotel after reading other people's reviews and they were spot on. The hotel is in an amazing location and for the price it is impossible to beat. We actually had to get the suite (with a panoramic view of the Eiffel tower no less) and it was perfect! From our arrival to meals to advice on sightseeing and eateries, the hotel staff were fantastic! I would stay here again in a heart beat. The bathroom could use updating, but the room itself was stellar. And it was large by French standards!

“Excellent choice!”

We spent 6 nights in july/07 at the Napoleon Hotel.We had a deluxe room and found it surprisingly roomy for a Europeen hotel bedroom.We could not hear any noise from the street nor from the adjacent room and the air conditioner was powerful yet silent. The location is excellent and the service is second to none. We will be staying at Hotel Napoleon again.

“We Loved Hotel Napoleon!”

We arrived on a Monday morning at 9:00 am after an overnight flight from Boston. We were hoping to store our luggage as we assumed our room would not yet be ready. When we arrived they told us our room was ready and they promptly got us up to our Junior Suite so we could rest. The room was perfect for our family of four. The bathroom was brand new and sparkling clean. The air conditioner worked perfectly. After a nap we began touring around the city. When we arrive back we were delighted to find a bottle of chilled champagne and a fruit basket waiting for us. Every staff member and especially the concierge was extremely pleasant and helpful to us even though our French was not the best. The location was perfect with the Arc de Triomphe and a metro within a block. We stayed for 9 nights and could have stayed longer as the room and the entire experience was wonderful.
