“Je m'attendais à mieux pour un trois étoiles.”

Le *** est sur côté car les parties communes sont très dégradées. Hôtel très bruyant sans aucune insonorisation.

“Dowdy Paris”

Not very friendly staff. The lobby was quiet palacial but the stairs and corridors were in need of decorating and gloomy. The redeeming feature was the ensuite which was obviously new. Breakfast was only just OK. Without a very detailed map it was difficult finding the hotel on foot, but the street was quiet

“not impressed”

Although we had booked and paid for the room well in advance, we were given a tiny room on the top floor that had a "door" that opened on to the roof, rather than a window. Anyone from another room, or neighboring buildings could get in. To get fresh air, you'd have to leave the " door" open - not safe - during the night. The carpets of the the Hotel were filthy. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast waas not included - cost 11 Euros per person if you want it. True, Paris is expensive, but at the top end of a 3 Star rate per night, we should have gotten more. The "plus:" location near the Metro, and if you want to be in crowded Montmartre, you're there.

“For the money there's better”

The hotel is old (the rooms still have barrel locks!!!) but clean and in a good location. I wouldn't say "Don't stay there" but there are much better hotels for the same money in the area.

“Maid's bad attitude”

Location is ok, rates are ok, convenience stores and restaurants around are ok. Unfortunately there was a remodeling labor on... so it was noisy. Maids are respectless....they got inside my bedroom few times without even knocking the door....

“Not very satisfied with the hotel”

The hotel is in a good area, close to subway, so easy access to any area in Paris, but it's not very easy to find at the beginning, especially if you take the bus or the subway. If you're flying to Bauvais airport, don't make the mistake to take a taxi, it's extremely expensive (about 140 euros). The hotel's staff is very friendly, but the hotel itself is not very clean and not maintained properly. The only good things about the hotel is the area where it is and the staff. It's good they at least clean the room daily, but the towels and the bed sheets are old, the blankets are not usable and the bed covers are also very old.

“Hotel 2 étoiles à reclasser”

L'hotel est bien situé mais ce n'est définitivement pas un 3 étoiles.

“Budget hotel”

Slightly shabby (but not chic) around the edges, no hot drink facilities in the room. We had a quiet stay due to it's back street location, so slept well. Location wise, the hotel was superb - 15 mins walk to Monmartre and 15mins the other way to Notre Dame. Breakfast was OK but there is a great little salon de The just around the corner for better value for money. On the whole, a budget hotel for a budget stay, not the three 'stars' it boasted.

“will use again”

This Hotel has a great location for the price 10 min walk to the heart of the sites atmosphere and ambience of rue montmarte was excellent plenty of eating options hotel let down by the lack of any soundproofing between rooms and would advise guests to eat away from hotel including breakfast as there are numerous cafes & restaurants in the surrounding streets
