Charming

Lovely hotel with an excellent staff. It is located close to the Metro station as well as within walking distance of a lot of major attractions. We enjoyed our stay at the Mayfair very much.

Lovely traditional hotel in a wonderful location.

Posted 29-Oct-2014
Pros: Large room, charming staff who spoke good English. Good for solo traveller.
Cons: Bar area could be brighter and more appealing.
Location: You can easily walk to Tuileries, L'Orangerie Museum and the Louvres, to Opera and the main shopping streets and The Marais.
Easy to walk to many sights from here. Hotel staff were lovely. The bar which is also the breakfast area just lacks atmosphere and is rather dark so I had room service breakfast instead.

Third time at the hotel, lovely

For the price they REALLY should have complimentary Wi-FI - it is absurd to pay for it at a four star hotel.

Excellent location and very helpful staff

Had a lovely stay. Room was clean and had a balcony was an extra perk. The park, place de la Concorde champs élysées plus louvre super close. I will definitely return. It is not super modern but the Westin around corner if you like industrial strength accommodations.

Good value hotel

Posted 17-Jun-2014
Pros: Courteous staff. Good location. Good value in peak season.
Cons: Complimentary WiFi
Rooms was classically small but very functional and clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Good location off the Rue de Rivoli, along the Tulieries between Concorde and Louvre. Two blocks to Concorde Metro. Very good value for a few nights in Paris.

Great location, decent price, friendly, staff

This hotel is cute, right in the centre, everything is easily accessible by walking. The staff were perfect, really helpful and very friendly. I booked this room last minute from Beaune and although the room was small I was aware of that when I booked it, newly decorated in a very high end style. Functionally, the room could have a few more hooks and shelving but other than that it was a great stay. I love the fact the windows open and I had a great view of the courtyard. I would book this hotel again.

Rooms comfortable but certainly could use a deep cleaning. House staff went through our personal belongings. Took my oral retainer out of my luggage (they had to look for it to find it) and placed it on my bedside table. A very odd and concerning experience. Will not return.
