First class hotel, close to everything!

Posted 15-Apr-2014
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Not one thing!
This hotel was truly charming! The accommodations were very nice and the service exceptional. We had a room that opened out to give us a wonderful street view. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens very plush. The toiletries were first class and the hotel was very clean! The whole experience was magical and very romantic! The location was very good and we were close to many areas we wanted to visit. We took the Roissybus from the airport and was within easy walking distance to our hotel. Don't forget to go right across the street and see the beautiful Le Madeline Cathedral. Be sure to visit Printemps right down the street! Amazing! You can easily get on the red buses anywhere and see all the sites within minutes! The street cafes had the most delicious food and the atmosphere was incredible! We will book this hotel whenever we stay in Paris!

good location, breakfast is too good, the only problem is a bit traffic noise lessened by double glazing...

Great location and comfort for the price.

Pros: staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room clean, bed comfortable, the view and small balcony overlooking the Madeleine Church
Cons: Add face (wash) cloths in the bathroom, and a full shower curtain.
Location: Brasserie next door for good quick meal. Madeleine Church across street, 10 min. walk to Jardins Tullier. Metro station right across street.
Hotel Madeleine Plaza was a clean cozy reasonably priced hotel that was convenient to the major Parisian attractions. Clean, quiet and comfortable describe our room. Cozy too as the room was a bit smallish and just barely spacious enough for the two of us. If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel in Paris, I'd recommend this hotel for your visit. Unless you're looking for the pampering and priciness of a 5 star stay, this is all the hotel you'll need. One great, but overlooked benefit of this hotel is that there is a Metro station right across the street, making access to all of Paris quick and convenient.

Great hotel, great location

Posted 28-Feb-2014
A charming hotel with friendly & helpful staff in a fabulous part of Paris. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We booked a standard double room but were upgraded upon arrival to a slightly larger double room. The area around the hotel offered a number of exclusive shops and restaurants to choose from, some were a little on the pricey side for our budget, but definitely worth a look. The hotel was also perfectly located for the Metro system with a entrance literally around the corner from the hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

Walk to everything

Posted 21-Feb-2014
Great location. We walked to everything from here. Or the subway is right around the corner, literally. We went out for breakfast, but did have free coffee in the lobby. Free coffee in the room would have been appreciated though. Staff was great, very clean modern room, smaller than USA rooms but that was expected. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it up others for sure.

Perfect hotel for weekend stay in Paris

Posted 17-Feb-2014
Pros: Location, facilities, breakfast, room condition
Cons: everything was ok
Location: A lot of shops, designer boutiques, galleries Printamps and Lafayette very near. Madeleine church and Opera as touristic attractions very near.
We spent several days during the weekend with my wife there. Perfect location for shopping. Also tourist attractions are very near or easy to get. Taxi rate to Eiffel tower, Latin quarter, Montmartre are almost the same and about 8-10EU, the taxi stop just round the corner. The hotel itself is clean, nice, with good repair and old stiled furniture. The rooms are small (like everywhere in Paris) but nice, enough for several days stay.
