Perfect location!Posted 16-Nov-2013
The hotel is situated right opposite the Notre Dame and the view from my room was breathtaking! Very close to the metro (1 minute walk) and the area behind the hotel has great restaurants and bars. The room was quite small but I guess that is the case with most hotels in Paris. Everything else was perfect! Bed was very comfortable and breakfast in bed is highly recommended. The streets below were quite busy and some might find it a bit too loud but it didn't bother me too much.

Great hotel and locationPosted 7-Nov-2013
Location: Situated diagonally from Notre Dame, entrance to Metro ( St. Michel) right across street. Shops, restaurants, taxis, all nearby.
Staff wonderful, helpful, kind. Location of hotel is perfect for exploration, especially if using the Metro, RER system. Room was clean, hotel quiet, everything I expected. Location is in heart of tourist area, but easy to get away from by foot or metro or taxi, which is just up the street. Definitely would stay again, and recommend to others!

Not worth the pricePosted 18-Oct-2013
After paying a fair sum to stay at this hotel i was disappointed. I expected a small room as most Paris Hotels are, however i did not expect it to not feel clean at all. As well as dust on our table, the cracks in the ceiling (which may have been there for effect) seemed dirty. The bathroom was the worst part of the room. Not only was it tiny, it was impractical to use. Whilst taking a shower for 2 minutes, we found no way to prevent the water from flooding the entire bathroom. As mentioned, i would expect a lot more for such an expensive hotel.

Great location!Posted 4-Oct-2013
Pros: Location, helpful staffs.
Cons: The hike up to the lobby on narrow stairs can be improve but I don't think it is possible due to nature of the building.
Location: Walk along the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral is just across the street. Get to Eiffel tower is a breeze with RER across the street.
I stay here for 3 nights, mostly for lively location and I was very happy with my choice. I can walk across the street to the Notre Dame Cathedral, RER, one block to Metro and all the lively and selections of restaurants of Latin Quarter. The room is a bit old fashion and the narrow stairs to get access to the hotel lobby is a bit tricky if you have more than one luggage. Having a breakfast or night cap in the lobby over look the Cathedral is priceless.

Comfortable, clean, great view, friendly staffPosted 18-Sep-2013
I have always wanted to go to Paris and i had never been before. I loved my stay here, the view of the notre dame was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Remember to keep in mind that there are stairs up to the front desk so you will have to carry them up there and the lift is tiny, which is to be expected in any of the small boutique hotels in the city. The room was extremely clean, the bathroom very french....if you are tall and love your showers it could be a bit difficult, you may want to opt for having a bath, instead of standing up trying to wash yourself with the hand held nozzle. The hotel was very central to everything you could need and right on the river. There are plenty of restaurants around the area and it is a lovely area to walk around. I cannot wait for my next trip to Paris :)

great little placePosted 31-Aug-2013 on Hotels.com
great little hotel in absolutely fantastic location, staff was helpful, polite and great. Rooms were typically small for Paris, nice new bathrooms with good showers. We would certainly stay there again.

Fantastic Location, Fabulous DesignPosted 26-Aug-2013 on Hotels.com
My partner and I stayed 4 nights in the split-level attic room facing the Seine and Notre Dame. It was most brilliant. Love the way the interior decor juxtaposed seamlessly with the building's architecture - also colourful & fabulously kitschy! The tariffs are very reasonable considering the location as it's right next to 2 major metro (St Michel) & RER stops (St Michel-Notre Dame) and the Notre Dame. At night, right behind the hotel is a joyful revelry of food and music from restaurants and bars that goes on till midnight as it is right in the Latin Quarter, which is definitely the BEST area to stay when visiting Paris as there are things to see and do at night. You will wake up in the morning with the lulling chimes from the Notre Dame and it's wonderful. The hotel staff is super helpful, even loan us free umbrellas on a rainy morning. :) The only thing I would suggest is to add a mini fridge/bar in the room. That said, I would recommend this hotel to anyone in an instant.

The view and location is amazingPosted 10-Aug-2013
Pros: View and location.
Location: Notre Dame. RER
Our view of Notre dame was great, just like in the pictures. Great location for walking around, and perfect for our one night stay in Paris b/c of the location to the RER line from the airport.
