Unique hotel in an excellent locationPosted 16-Sep-2014
Pros: The style of this hotel is so unique that staying there alone makes you feel you have visited Paris.
Cons: The bathroom was well equipped but could benefit from a shower attachment on the wall and a bit more space for the toilet.
Location: Excellent. Notre Dame on the doorstep and streets alive with restaurants and cafes.
This was our Honeymoon hotel and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Expedia. com gave an accurate account of its style and location and we were not disappointed. We had a spectacular view of Notre Dame from our window and were close to both the boat bus and open topped tour bus stops. We had bought a 3 day pass for both online before we arrived and found them worthwhile and enjoyable way to get around the city. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and 24hr. We hope to return for an anniversary visit.

Charming boutique in excellent locationPosted 5-Sep-2014
Pros: Amazing location with pretty and clean rooms.Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Traveling from the US, we arrived very early in the morning. We expected to have to leave our bags and check into our room after lunch. However, we lucked out and our room was being vacated as we arrived, so an hour later it was ready to go. I was so impressed that the hotel focused on a fast turn around time to get us into our room early. The room had all the charm of a boutique hotel with views of Notre Dame. The street noise was not overwhelming at all. On a few occasions we even fell asleep with the windows open. The location is excellent with so many sights in walking distance and everything else a short metro ride away. Enjoyed it very much and would go back in a heartbeat.

A Home Away From HomePosted 18-Aug-2014
Pros: I liked my room very much. The décor was fresh and fun, picking up notes of cathedrals and other medieval buildings. And again, the staff was the best
Cons: Can't think of anything to improve!
Location: Notre Dame cathedral, the Saint Chappelle, the Hotel de Ville, the Sorbonne, the Musee de Cluny and the Pantheon are all nearby.
As I entered the Hotel Notre Dame, I was greeted with "Welcome home, sir!" by the man at reception. From that moment on (for 3 days) I was consistently greeted and treated with smiles and helpfulness. Not everyone may like being awakened by the bells of Notre Dame cathedral each morning, but I loved it. (And morning is the best time to see the cathedral, with fewer crowds and better light.)

Good central LocationPosted 14-Aug-2014
Pros: comfortable, and friendly
Cons: More storage space and bigger bathroom.
Location: A very good location, attractions near by were notre dame, river views, and near to metros and RER
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, a great location and staff were very helpful but the bathroom was tiny and there was very limited space to put your clothes, which made it quite inconvenient at times.

Fantastic location - had to hump bags upstairsPosted 12-Aug-2014
Pros: Location and price
Cons: 10 Euros for a croissant and coffee is a little steep - room decor was tired. Hard to brush teeth in crowded washroom - but everything else was fine
Location: Steps away from the Louvre - Notre Dame - Latin Quarter. Great art - great architecture, and great wine and food -what else do you need?
It is a little hard to find as everything is called Notre Dame around there - coming in from airport by train - take the stop BEFORE Notre Dame - otherwise you have a long walk - and the hotel lift starts on 2nd floor - so we had to hump 4 heavy bags up a flight of stairs. Right near Notre Dame as advertised - great location - Saint Michael is right around the corner - easy walk - the Latin Quarter is my fav in Paris.

Nice hotelPosted 11-Aug-2014
Cons: Bathroom was small and the shower head needs some adjusting and maybe a curtain would help the cause. Maybe have the shower mounted on the wall as wel
Location: excellent. very close to RER train. Very close to restaurants. very close to all the bars. Very close to all the attractions.
A very nice hotel to stay in. Staff were very nice and courteous to us. Café was at the bottom of the stairs. Very nice place as well. The entrance to the train by elevator was just out the door and 25 steps. This place was right in the middle of all the action.

Location, locationPosted 30-Jul-2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed in this hotel as a treat--the price was more expensive than we'd usually pay--and what we purchased was the view, which is extraordinary. Visitors will not forget the hotel's decorative scheme, an assault of colour and pattern, one that I did not immediately like, but that had its moments and its charms (different coloured rises on each step, for example). On the subject of the stairs, visitors with heavy cases should be warned that reception is one flight up, no lift. But the discomfort mostly ends there. Our room was surprisingly quiet; the curtains effectively shut out ambient light. So good sleep and Notre Dame just outside--great. Rooms are compact, shower rooms also. I'd return.

Great location, great view, in need of a faceliftPosted 28-Jul-2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed at the hotel in early July, it was our first time in Paris and Paris did not disappoint but the young girl at the desk did. We were not welcomed with a smile, nor with anything reminiscent of service, that being said it was only with the young girl Margaux. Aside from that initial experience we otherwise received good service, pitty the rooms were a little old with creaky floors. Rooms were clean though and the bathrooms we pretty good. Locaiton wise many of the main attractions and shopping was close by as with the plentiful restaurants.
