Lovely small boutique hotel in the Latin quarter, nicely decorated throughout, reception area/lounge cosy. Beautiful bedroom and very comfy bed. 10 minutes walk to Norte dam and the river. Lots of shops, brasseries, restaurants and bars close by. Metro and RER trains also-10 min walk away. Staff friendly, continental breakfast adequate. Unfortunately building work nearby so woken early by drilling etc but thankfully came to Paris to explore so left the hotel early mornings and returned when builders had finished for the day.

A great boutique hotel
We had a great stay in this boutique hotel conveniently located near subway and Luxembourg Garden. It's clean with a new bathroom. Isabella in the front desk was particularly helpful with our questions and welcoming. We will definitely come back again!

The property is in a great location, walking distance to the Notre Damn and Louvre, while the Odeon metro station is only 5 minutes away for sights further away. Staff were friendly and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The only downside is that the room we were assigned was very small and at the back of the property with no view. I guess you pay for location!

Cozy and quiet hotel in a very central and convenient location close to transport links. Lovely, welcoming staff. The rooms and beds are very small (beds really too small for a couple who are both above-average height), but that's to be expected in France. The beds themselves are comfortable, so there's nothing else the hotel themselves could really do.

Short trip to Paris
The hotel was very good. I don't give any of reviews the best but is a good solid hotel. The clerks were very good and helpful. The closest Metro is the Luxembourg about a block from hotel. The Luxembourg garden is also across the street. Very good location to many restaurants, pantheon. Will stay again if in Paris

Excellent Hotel & Location in the heart of Paris
We loved our small hotel in St. Germain. Close to many outstanding bistros, unique shops nightlife and more. Service was excellent. Isabelle went above & beyond to give us a wonderful room, and helped and advised us consistently. Next trip to Paris we’d stay at Hotel Le Clos Medicis again - that’s how great it was!

It’s in a good area of the Latin Quarter and very close to the park. It’s a very quaint hotel (the elevator is big enough for two people) and you need to leave your key with the concierge when you leave. Also, they leave luggage in the lobby when you check it with them and come back for it later, which is not ideal in my experience. Additionally, the bathroom has a non-ideal build, as the glass pane to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom is impractically small, making the rest of the bathroom get wet when you shower. Overall, it’s a nice place but has some key considerations.

This property is hard for Uber and taxis to find and is extremely small. Great air conditioning. Reception requires you to leave your key at the front desk when you leave and keeps a hand written copy of yourself cc number. From an American’s perspective this was quite frightening and made me feel unsafe.

This hotel is so quiet, which is a total anomaly in a major European city. The rooms are really private so you don’t hear anyone going in and out of their room and ours faced a courtyard so we didn’t hear people or sirens at night. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions!

Lovely hotel as a base just don’t expect help
Great hotel location, rooms a good size for Paris and very comfortable. Only disappointment was the customer service. We’d driven a long way and asked receptionist for advice on where to park (we knew it was all offsite). He couldn’t have been less helpful, just shrugged and said parking was really difficult in Paris and he had no idea. As it turned out there was a great public car park around the corner, I’d have expected them to know this and it was a poor start.

Great hotel - great location
A great little hotel in a superb location - rooms are beautifully decorated with large windows that open out over the street or courtyard - very comfy beds, great air conditioning and very helpful staff. Just minutes away from the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg and handy for the metro and RER line. Would definitely stay here if returning to Paris.

The room and lobby were quaint! There was a bar and also candy, the latter being complimentary. There was always someone at the desk to help out. While we did not take advantage of the breakfast, it looked very good. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Room was small but comfortable with everything we could want in it. Decor was nice and not the bland chain hotel style. The location was a short walk to the Pantheon and a couple of metro stations and not far from other sites we wanted to see. The elevator and hallway were small, as others have noted, but that wasn't a big deal.

No shared hotel toilet. After you check out there is no access to toilets whatsoever. The room is somehow small but clean. The area is good but connections with the rest of the central Paris are not so easy or at least they take more time.

However, regarding their size, our rooms are in the Parisian average for a central hotel situated 2mn walking distance from Luxembourg station, and 6mn from Odeon. We are actually doing some beautification work in the ground floor sanitary facilities for a few more days, in order to improve the comfort of our customers. Great location, great customer service!
The location and price were outstanding! The hotel is a block away from Luxembourg Gardens, near the Odeon, Pantheon and Cluny, and has a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The front desk employees were all very lovely and helpful in multiple languages. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to friends visiting Paris! My only complaint is about the condition of the rooms - spots on the wall above the bed where the wallpaper was worn off, wonky unbalanced toilet seat, stain worn off wood pieces, etc. It just felt like it needed updating.
