“Will Stay there again!”
The room was smaller than I expected, but then again I didnt know what to expect! It was big enough for me and my daughter, and the shower was nice and hot! Nice quiet section of town. I would definitely stay there again.
“Wonderful Hotel off the Beaten Path”
This hotel made my Perisian trip! It was right next to an impressive outdoor market, and everyone in the area was SO friendly! Rooms were small, but that's Europe for you! Hotel staff was beyond helpful and kind. Make sure you visit the cafe across the street... true Parisien atmosphere, great pastries- and try their cafe au lait! The Metro is about a 7 minute walk away, gives you access to everything!
“great!”
Yes, it's small... but you're in Europe, everything's smaller. This hotel is clean, comfy (ok, cosy), quiet. Easy access to all the sites by the metro. Great staff, easy check-in/out, yes they speak English. Great place for the price!
“yes yes yes”
petit Hotel agrable qui se tient au gout du joiur et suit la tendance merci pour ce sejour
“Charming”
The hotel was under renovation when I was there, hence the lower score on condition. It is a beautiful place. The location was convenient and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I will definitely stay there again. (If you are a first time traveler to Europe, the rooms, beds, elevators and showers are tiny. That is just expected.)
“Quiet and cozy in a convenient location”
Hotel Glasgow is in located in residental and commercial area, very quiet, off the main road, and very quaint. Yes, this is Europe (small rooms, paper thin walls, etc.) but overall we were very pleased to lay our head here at night! If you like to stay off the beaten path but within 20-25 minutes of the hot-spots (Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel, etc.), this is the place! Shops, resturants, transportation is all within walking distance. P.S. Don't waste the 8 euros on the skimpy breakfast. Go across the street, spend 4 or 5, and enjoy the local setting.
“A good introduction to Paris”
The hotel was down a small quiet street in the 17th district. All but one of the concierge were extremely helpful and most spoke pretty good English. The room was much smaller than I expected but very clean and well kept. The bathroom was excellent. It would have been nice to have coffee-making facilities in the room though. The area was very nice but quiet. If you like staying close to the best nightlife etc, you may find this hotel a little too far away. There was a good bus service though and the metro wasn't too far away. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.
“Great but Small”
I didn't know what to expect but it was a tad bit small, but then again this is Paris. The staff were very helpful and wonderful. Mohammed was great!!! Will stay there again.
“A great little place”
This hotel was perfect for a long weekend. While the room was small, there wasn't really a need for anything more for me and a friend. The bathroom was very clean and the appliances appeared to be new. The staff was very kind as well and the location was quite central to the city center and the metro. Would definitely stay here again.
“perfect paris location”
the hotel staff was more than helpful, extremely clean rooms, only complaint is small room but what do you expect in europe??
